Hotel Marble Palace

+ Hotel is behind a dumping ground, they took 3 nights payment in advance on no refundable basis. we found the place not appropriate for living with family and checked out very next morning. The pictures shown in the booking.com sites are misleading.

- Dirty location, no facility, toilet leakage, no TV in the room. Worst experience of my life.

- Worst hotel staff and place I’ve been to since I arrived in India. The room itself is clean, but the staff is not welcoming at all. And especially the guide recommended by the hotel, Narayan Mishra — an absolute disgrace. He offers to be your guide during your stay, but he’s anything but a guide. All he does is drive you from one place to another and then leaves you there without explaining anything. To make things worse, he takes you to his friends’ shops so they can scam you — spas, restaurants with tourist prices near his friends’ stores, and so on. He’s only interested in stealing your money together with his friends. Don’t go there under any circumstances, and if you have no choice, don’t do anything with this person. And under no circumstances agree to pay extra for the safari — they don’t even give you a ticket. It’s a scam as big as a house, and they’re nothing but thieves. On top of everything, the hotel is located right in the middle of a dump.

- Struttura vecchia e fatiscente. Aria condizionata rumorosa, impossibile dormire bene. Nessuna presa elettrica. Proprietario scortese ed antipatico. La peggior sistemazione trovata fino ad ora

+ 日本語を話せるスタッフがいる。 WhatsAppのレスポンスが早い。

- マーブルパレス　というだけあって一面大理石？のフロントは広々している。しかしそのためかスタッフたちの話し声が共鳴して1階フロント近くの私の部屋は夜までとてもうるさかった。 シャワーの湯が暖かいのは最初だけ。2日目は10分たっても湯はとても温かった。 ヘアドライヤーあり　だったので借りにいっら　今故障していてない　といわれた。一台もないのか　というと家にあるのを持ってくる　と。 5分も経たないうちにもってらきたのは良いけれどその対応が不快だった。

- Habitación fea y con lo absolutamente imprescindible. Es muy ruidoso y no tienen ningún cuidado en tratar de corregir el problema, todo lo contrario, durante mi estancia se pusieron a trabajar a las 5:30 a.m. hablando en alto.

+ The behaviour was good. Room size is ideal. Rooms are clean. Beds are also clean and comfortable.

- No dining. No breakfast and food. No colour TV. No wifi. No power backup.

- Geyser works only during certain times, staff was not friendly, one MUST carry an electric kettle and tea/coffee sachets

- Looks derelict, very bare inside, and extremely hot inside.

+ Отель удобно расположен, близко от центра, но не на центральной улице, поэтому было достаточно спокойно. Отель старой постройки, внутри все из белого мрамора и старинная мебель. Белье чистое, теплые одеяла оказались очень кстати, потому что в конце ноября ночи прохладные. С горячей водой проблем не было. Хозяин отеля очень приветливый человек, старался помочь во всем.. Соотношение цена/качество приемлемое

- Из-за того что отель не новый было ощущение недостаточной свежести. Видно, что когда-то давно здесь было шикарно, но теперь все обветшало.

+ Очень хорошо для такой цены. Отличное расположение, внимательный персонал, была горячая вода. Отель предоставил трансфер с ЖД вокзала по умеренной цене. Номера довольно просторные. Всё необходимое есть, но хорошо бы предоставлять воду. Также и вайфай нуждается в улучшении.

- Вайфай был слабоват, но у меня была индийская симкарта, потому это меня не сильно беспокоило. И, как уже писал, необходимо предоставлять воду.

+ Posizione a pochi passi a piedi dai templi di Khajuraho La disponibilità e cortesia del personale

+ Рядом в пешей доступности ( 5 минут) находится группа основных храмов. Соотношение цена-качество. Хороший отель в своей категории.

+ Je n'ai que des commentaires positifs à faire sur cet hébergement. J'ai apprécié : -son emplacement proche des temples de l'ouest, -sa propreté et son calme, -le professionnalisme et le sens de l'hospitalité du propriétaire et de son fils Ved, -leurs conseils avisés pour éviter les arnaques. Je recommande sans hésiter cet hébergement à ceux qui recherchent un logement simple au rapport qualité-prix imbattable

+ It was in a fantastic location… walking distance to the western and eastern groups of temples. The owner (Ved) was very helpful and seemed very trustworthy. We were there during a cold period and weren’t feeling well. Ved made sure that we had a room heater and a kettle for tea. He also arranged for reliable and safe taxis to and from the rail station and airport.

- It had a chilly feel in the colder season but this would be an asset in the warmer seasons.

+ Consiglio vivamente questo posto per un soggiorno a Khajuraho, ottima posizione e rapporto qualità prezzo, camera semplice ma molto pulita e silenziosa. In un paese dove è molto difficile capire di chi fidarsi questo è un posto sicuro e con relazioni autentiche.

- Solo un consiglio per i proprietari, avere la possibilità di poter scaldare la stanza anche con un piccolo scaldino farebbe diventare questo alloggio un 10!

+ Nous avons été trés bien accueilli par notre hôte qui a tout fait pour nous satisfaire. Les chambres sont grandes et l'hôtel est idéalement placé pour visiter les sites. Un bon choix !

+ A bottle of drinking water worth Rs 20 , in the market, was sold to us for RS 30.

+ Ce séjour au white Marble fût agréable avec des chambres spacieuses et le personnel arrangeant et toujours disponible en cas de besoin et ce a proximité des temples.
