De mis peores experiencias en Colombia. El hostel no está mal pero alguien entró a la habitación y me robaron todo mi dinero, me quedé en la habitación compartida de 16 , las instalaciones no eran muy buenas, el cuarto estaba muy desordenado y no era muy limpio. La puerta de la habitación SIEMPRE estaba abierta y por eso no sentí seguridad. Entiendo que el hostel no es el culpable pero podrían considerar tener más preocupación con quien entra y sale del hostel.
From my worst experiences in Colombia. the hostel is not bad but someone broke into the room and stole all my money, I stayed in the shared room of 16 , the facilities were not very good, the room was very messy and not very clean. the door of the room was ALWAYS open and so I didn't feel safe. I understand that the hostel is not to blame but they might consider having more concern with who comes in and out of the hostel.
Beautiful hostel, helpful staff, and great location. However, my purse was stolen from my “safe” locker/personal space under the bed. Despite having a lock on it, there is a space in between your locker and those of the people next to you where people can steal your stuff out of. A very sad experience considering this is where my stuff should have been safe.
Je suis très déçue. En gros mis a part la piscine au milieu, le reste ne vaut vmt pas la peine. Les dortoirs ressemblent à des cages plus qu'a des chambres (ils se gardent bien de mettre des photos!) les toilettes et douches ne sont pas propres et ne ferment pas à clé. Il faut payer 7000 pour une serviette de toilette, 2000 pour remplir une bouteille d'eau potable.. et ils se trompent sur les consomations entre les clients (ils ont voulu me faire payer 3 bieres que je nai pas prises..!) fu...
I'm very disappointed. basically apart from the pool in the middle, the rest is not worth the vmt. the dormitories look more like cages than bedrooms (they are careful not to put photos!) the toilets and showers are not clean and do not lock. you have to pay 7000 for a toilet towel, 2000 for filling a bottle of drinking water.. and they make a mistake about the consumption between customers (they wanted to charge me 3 beers that I did not take..!) run away!

Loud, no wifi, everything they sell is waaaay overpriced. If youre a IG bimbo youll definitly love it
Un chico se electrocuto perdiendo el conocimiento por culpa de un fallo electrico del hostel. Uno de los dias por la mañana hubo tres explosiones. En las dos primeras hasta salio humo de la piscina pero no cortaron la luz ni hicieron nada al respeto, hasta que en la tercera un chico fue electrocutado y se cayo al suelo inconsciente. Por otra, hay cocina aun que con la cantidad de gente que hay en el hostel y solo 4 fogones es casi imposible cocinar. X lo demas bien, bien ubicado y hay desayuno...
A boy electrocuted himself losing consciousness due to a power failure in the hostel. one of the days in the morning there were three explosions. in the first two even smoke came out of the pool but they did not cut the light or do anything to the respect, until in the third a boy was electrocuted and fell to the floor unconscious. on the other hand, there is a kitchen even with the number of people in the hostel and only 4 stoves it is almost impossible to cook. x demas lo bien, well located an...
They should declare more clearly that it is a full party hostal with music not separated from the rooms.
Es wird überall sehr laut Musik gespielt. Man hat wenig Möglichkeit, sich hinzuchillen. Die Küche ist nicht so sauber und Wasser zu kochen dauert ewig. Das Personal konnte teilweise keine Informationen geben zu Bussen etc. Wasser gab es eine ganze Weile auch nicht. Würde ein anderes Hostel beim nächsten Mal nehmen
There is very loud music playing everywhere. One has little opportunity to chill. The kitchen is not so clean and boiling water takes forever. The staff could not give information about buses etc. Water was not available for quite a while. Would take another hostel next time
It’s a okay place to spend one night in Santa Marta. If I were to stay longer, I’d rather invest two dollars more a night and go to a better hostel.
Die Lage vom Hostel ist wirklich ausgezeichnet. Für mich aber kein Ort um Leute kennenzulernen. Das Personal hat viele Infos erst auf Rückfragen mitgeteilt und ich fühlte mich nicht wirklich willkommen. Die Sauberkeit liess etwas zu wünschen übrig, war insgesamt aber in Ordnung. Für ein nächstes Mal würde ich mir ein anderes Hostel aussuchen.
The location of the hostel is really excellent. but for me no place to meet people. the staff has given me a lot of info only on inquiries and I didn't really feel welcome. the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, but overall was in order. for next time I would choose another hostel.

I loved this hostel! The communal areas around the pool are perfect for relaxing or doing some light work. It's just 1 block from the beach! The only things that let out down was the alarm from a nearby building that went off all through the night for 2-3 nights, without staff even acknowledging it and trying to investigate (it was not from the hostel but was so disturbing for guests). Also, the beds are all made of metal frames so everything is loud, even when people are trying to be quiet!

for this price you would expect something awful, but this hostel is amazing. It’s clean and spacious, really beautiful common area, amazing location, so instead of 1 night i stayed for a week. It doesn’t really have activities but it can be social as much as you want it to be:) suuuuuper value for the money
Los voluntariado muy buena onda habitaciónes cómodas aire acondicionado, piscina buen lugar
The volunteer work is very good and the rooms are comfortable, air conditioned, pool is very good place
Near enough Perfect hostel, couldn’t say a bad word… everything was great, except maybe the mass of only French people
ce lieu est incroyable !! convivial, chaleureux, ambiance incroyable, personnel très agréable et la cuisine était délicieuse. j’y retournerai quand je reviendrai à Santa Marta, meilleure auberge de jeunesse que j’ai pu faire !
this place is amazing !! friendly, warm, amazing atmosphere, very nice staff and the cuisine was delicious. i will return when i return to Santa Marta, best hostel i could do !
Génial, le personnel de l'hostel était incroyable ! Les chambres également avec prise, lumière, de quoi poser des affaires, et de grands casiers. Petit point négatif pour les douches qui étaient froides

LOVED IT HERE. One of the best hostels i have stayed at. The staff is amazing, a special thank you to Diego. The kindest soul ever. muuuuuy delicioso!! Stayed here a week, and they were very patient with me and teaching me spanish. The rooms are very good and it is in general a very beautiful hostel.

Everything is really top only the private room is on the street so it almost sounds like you're sleeping on the street

Nice hostel in a good location. Not a social hostel as everyone keeps to themselves & lights off past 11pm, however the staff were friendly & the rooms were clean with big lockers. A good check point kind of hostel if you’re inbetween places like Minca & Tayrona!

Im so sad we didn’t stay longer! Lush pool, very clean, lively bar and people having a great time :)
Good location. It has a 24h drugstore and a Bancolombia cashier really close. Staff is really friendly except for one guy who was using all four stove burners by himself when I arrived and was kinda rude to me. One of the reception girls didn’t seem to know much in general. Nice for meeting people, kudos for the delicious free breakfast. There were many people making a lot of noise in my dorm after 10 p.m which made it hard for me to sleep well. Kitchen cleanliness needs improvement.
Un de mes hostels préférés, on s’y sent en sécurité, les chambres et les lits sont très confortables. Il propose une cuisine mais aussi un service de restauration qui est très bon. Cet établissement est très propre, il propose également de nombreuses activités.
One of my favorite hostels, you feel safe, the rooms and beds are very comfortable. it offers a kitchen but also a catering service which is very good. this establishment is very clean, it also offers many activities.
The hostel itself is just amazing, I have no words!!! However, we stayed in a shared room and we couldn’t sleep at all. I was waken up by guests all along, they would turn on the light in the middle of the night, speak on the phone at 6am… other than that I recommend!!
