- Extremely noisy, especially the private rooms. Water didnt work and the situation was really poorly handled - got to see other peoples business in the toilet.

- 직원 끔찍했습니다. 리셉션에 있는시간이 짧은듯 바로 문열어주고 체크인 되지않아 와츠앱 소통하며 문열고 들어감. 저희팀 말고도 직원있어도 문을 잘 안열어줘서 우리가 열어준 시설 이용하다 만나면 감시받는 기분들게 쳐다보며 따라다닐때 있고 주방이용시간 인데도 닫았다고 설명하거나, 호스텔에서 흔히 물어볼만한 일반적인 질문을 해도 생판첨듣는 사람처럼 떠뜸거리며 안내하고 1도 친절, 전문성이 느껴지지 않았습니다

- La propreté des rideaux, couvertures. Le manque de ventilation des dortoirs, l exiguite de la salle du petit déjeuner, le contenu du petit déjeuner (1 œuf brouillé et du pain sec avec beurre et confiture plus un jus de fruits)

- Está ubicado en una calle peatonal, por lo que los Uber, taxi o Transfer para tour te dejan lejos y tienes que caminar un montón cuesta arriba. El desayuno es muy pobre y faltaba mucha limpieza. La habitación no tenía espacio para poner el equipaje y el piso hacia mucho ruido cuando caminababas. Fue imposible dormir siendo que la gente sale de tour desde las 4am. Cuando pedí cambio de habitación me respondieron que si estaba incómoda.me fuera a otro alojamiento.

- No fue lo acordado figuraba baño privado y no se respeto, la habitación poca ventilación e iluminación y en los 6 días que estuvimos solo limpiaron 2 veces. no contaba con televisión ni calefacción o aire acondicionado

- Too noise during the night.and I was supposed to stay for two nights but I ended up staying for only one. And when I went to talk to the staff to let them know that I wasn't going to stay for the second night and I wanted my money Back they said I wasn't available to get it because it was late to them to get another person for the room . Even though I didn't sleep the second night.

+ Ubicación estupenda Patio acogedor para charlar, leer, etc. El tamaño de la habitación privada es enorme, incluido el baño. Hicimos dos reservas, con un día de diferencia entre ambas y nos guardaron la mochila durante ese dia.

- Hacia muchísimo frío en la habitación. pedimos un calefactor y nos dijeron que el precio eran 20 soles. Finalmente no se pudo usar porque el enchufe estaba mal. En el techo del baño había dos agujeros por los que se veía el cielo y por los que entraba más frío. Las toallas estaban agujereadas y tan viejas que dejaban pelusa al usarlas. La cocina común estaba asquerosa, solo por eso deberían cerrar el alojamiento, por sanidad, hasta que se cambie.

+ Cuando estuve no había mucha gente eso lo hizo muy cómodo además que las instalaciones estaban bien ubicadas, me gustó mucho !!

+ In a really nice location of Cusco, staff were so kind and helpful. Private room was really comfortable.

+ Sehr schönes, großes Zimmer mit Holzboden (2 Räume), wodurch wir im vorderen Bereich unser Gepäck ausbreiten konnten. Das Bett war riesig (breiter als lang) :D Wir kamen um 8 Uhr mit dem Nachtbus an und durften direkt ins Zimmer Sehr netter Besitzer! Wir wollten gerne noch eine zweite Nacht bleiben, allerdings waren die Doppelzimmer leider bereits ausgebucht.

- Wir hatten Ameisen im Badezimmer, aber war nicht so schlimm. Sehr hellhörig, überall offen zu den anderen Zimmern.
