+ Breakfast not included but next to no facilities. Lack of Information about how to gain access. Both us and fellow guests were shocked at lack of ability on arrival to access lift to bring up luggage . Lack of electrical sockets for plugging in kettle.

- The details in the booking suggested complimentary Prosecco . This was false. Lack of power sockets and we had power cut

- Chambre bruyante sans isolation située sous une chambre d’enfant… Très étriqué et fenêtre donnant sur une minuscule cour sale.

- Trotz der zentralen Lage im verkehrsbegrenzten Bereich war es durch die angrenzende Via Roma sehr laut nachts und wir hatten vor unserem Haus eine Straßenbaustelle. Die das Tiefbauloch abdeckende Metallplatte auf der Straße klapperte bei jedem Fahrzeug. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, so dass wir aufgrund der Wärme im Zimmer das Fenster offen lassen mussten.

+ Komunikácia s majiteľom bola bezproblémová, vstup do izby tiež. Izba bola pekná a kúpeľňa čistá.

- Na posteli bola len plachta na prikrytie, aj keď v noci bola teplota vonku 4 stupne Celzia. Extrémne hluční susedia a taktiež hluk z ulice po obe noci, čo sme tu boli ubytovaní. Nie je to samozrejme chyba majiteľa, ale nespali sme 2 noci.

- They use an Automated entry system via an application, great if you have internet, however I did have a few problems entering and wasn't impressed with the system, sorry

+ La habitación era genial. Leímos en uno de los comentarios que alguien se quejaba por un olor en el baño, pues es cierto que había un ligero pero que muy ligero olor para nada incómodo. Así que no os de miedo, que casi no lo alquilamos por eso y hubiese sido un error. El apartamento está reformado con materiales de calidad, todo muy bonito. La habitación es muy limpia, al cabo de dos días vinieron incluso a cambiarnos las toallas y a limpiar a fondo El cuarto de baño y la habitación. El cuarto de baño es súper bonito. La cama muy comoda con almohadas extras por si no te gustan unas que puedas usar otras. Con luces super bonitas. La entrada del piso es muy acogedora ponen a tu disposición agua, té... Hemos estado cuatro noches de lujo, lo recomendamos!

+ Sehr nette Kommunikation! Alles funktioniert online , Eintritt ins Appartement via Handy. Für ältere Menschen zb. evtl. etwas knifflig. Zimmer war schon früher verfügbar, was für uns toll war. Immer erreichbar bzgl. Tipps fürs parken etc. Im Vorraum kostenlos verfügbare Wasserflaschen. Zimmer sehr sauber.

+ La struttura è ben curata, lo stile mi è piaciuto moltissimo 😍 è pulita e a 2 passi dal centro. Una bella scoperta, assolutamente meritevole e consigliata. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo.

- Tutto ottimo, consiglio davvero, l'unica cosa che io inserirei è soltanto una piccola macchina del caffè per chi come noi ci vive 😂 Per il resto top.

+ Tutti i comfort: nel bagno c'era tutto il necessario, il letto comodissimo e tutto molto pulito. Posizione tranquilla e vicino a piazza del Campo. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti.

+ La camera é pulitissima e il materasso è molto comodo. La posizione è centralissima. L’host ci ha fatto trovare (su richiesta) anche una bottiglia di vino con dei biscottini in omaggio.

- Il lavandino in bagno è molto piccolo. Si rischia di non trovare la chiave dell’ascensore (ma è solo un primo piano).

+ A nice, clean and comfortable room in a very central location.

- It's quite an impersonal set-up which showed in a couple of things, like no information on how to get from the bus station to the hotel (we found it hard to find a taxi & had luggage), and the shower head was broken but there wasn't anyone to tell about it.

+ Location was fantastic, modern mobile access to property means you don’t need to carry around keys.

- The stay was great and would recommend without hesitation

+ The apartment was SO pretty and equipped with everything you need (including kitchen stuff). It's next to the city center and 1 block away from a supermarket so in terms of location it's really convenient.

- The only downside would be the check in is 100% online and through a website, which could be confusing for aged or non-techy people or if you don't have any signal / internet. Another thing that might be useful to clarify is that you CANNOT enter the center of Siena by car, so be prepared to walk a few blocks before reaching this stay (or any other stay located inside the city).

+ Ubicación perfecta pero al encontrarse dentro del casco antiguo no se puede entrar con el coche. Cama cómoda, a la entrada tienen artículos comunes como paraguas, powerbanks, agua embotellada. Como dato a tener en cuenta para entrar al edificio y habitación hay que hacerlo mediante el móvil.

- Edificio antiguo, el baño olía a tubería al llegar pero tienen ambientador, el agua de la ducha no salía muy caliente, baño demasiado pequeño.
