+ Location was good

- - Any hotel down the road is a 4 star hotel vs this1 star hotel - out of hours support sent a staff member who was drunk to support us with check in (which wasn’t prepared for us in time) - “comfort double room” had a broken fan and mini fridge that after 16 hours still didn’t cool anything down

- Preis - Leistung leider nicht in Ordnung. Ausstattung alt und teilweise kaputt. Wir mussten um 23 Uhr das Hotel wechseln, da wir Bettwanzen im Bett hatten. Der Besitzer hat sich direkt telefonisch um ein neues Hotel im Ort bemüht und die Mehrkosten anstandslos übernommen.

+ Gute Lage

- Nicht sauber, Check-In Zeit wo angegeben ost hat nicht gestimmt wir standen eine Stunde vor geschlossener Tür und konnten niemanden erreichen, Bette waren sehr dreckig, Feühstück war sehr wag, kein Aufzug, kein Platz im Eingangbereich um mit Kinderwagen überhaupt gut ins Hostel zu kommen, unfreundliches Personal

+ Personal war freudlich, Lage war gut.

- Ich hatte Zimmer 1 gebucht, das ist der Schlafsaal und wohl auch der einzige Schlafsaal, den das Hostel hat, hab ich nachher rausgefunden. Ich war entseetzt, der Schlafraum war ok, aber das Badezimmer war ganz fürchterlich. Es stand vor Dreck, die Decke war voll mit schwarzem Schimmel und die Steckdosen, sogar die neben der Dusche kam samt Kabel aus der Wand raus. Ich habe schon viel gesehen, aber das war unter aller Würde. Die Zimmer oben sollen wohl in Ordnung sein, hab ich nachher rausgehört, aber das Zimmer unten ist gesundheitsgefährdend und dürfte nicht mehr vermietet werden.

- Sehr schlechtes Frühstück, auch das Personal unfreundlich und unangemessen bekleidet und ständig am Husten. Defekt waren Hauptlicht, Etagenbett ein Latte fehlte und eine war zur Hälfte kaputt, Toilettenpapierhalterung leicht Lose, kein Mülleimer auf WC, sehr steile Stufen ungeeignet für Kinder, dann sind die Familienzimmer auch noch ganz oben. Spinnenweben in den Balken.

+ Tenebroso, nessuna accoglienza al check-in, no ascensore, scale ripidissime e strette, nessuna possibilità di parcheggio, stanza e bagno non puliti, pagato il dovuto in anticipo e ho abbandonato l' hostel per un hotel a 40 km, Terneuzen

+ It was in a central location

- 1. The man who checked me in was very forward -- after just a short pleasant conversation, he asked for my number and suggested that he come visit me in the city that I live in. 2. There were two men in the shared dorm who appeared to actually be employees in the hostel and were living in the shared dorm. They had been there for a long time and were 1) very very smelly 2) incredibly rude/creepy. 2a) the first man was incessantly staring and did not leave the room. I felt uncomfortable being alone in the room with him 2b)the second man was very aggressive in his language when I asked to open the door to air out the room, and took a very long time in the bathroom the morning. He called me and the other woman in the room with us "fucking bitches" 2c)After these interactions I was incredibly anxious and wanted to leave to find another place to stay. because there were no available places nearby, I ended up walking around on the streets until 11:30 when it was time to go to sleep, although I was very much looking forward to resting in the room after a 70km cycle that morning. I felt very very scared about sleeping in the room, and ended up taking a sleeping pill to calm down and try to get some hours of sleep 2d) the smell was so bad that I kept my head under the cover the entire night, which was very uncomfortable and hot 3. absolutely not worth the price

+ De centrale locatie in de stad & het ontbijt.

- De inrichting & kamer geurde als een oud museum & het sanitair was een complete ramp. Je kan het net geen stal noemen. Onbegrijpelijk dat zoiets nog mogelijk is in modern Nederland.

+ Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super! Der Service und das Frühstück kann sich gut sehen lassen.

- Die Betten waren durchgelegen und die Fotos der Zimmer sollten überarbeitet werden, da diese nicht mit der Realität übereinstimmen.

+ Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut.

- Obwohl es ein Nichtraucherzimmer roch es sehr extrem nach abgestandenem Rauch. Es gab nicht genügend Steckdosen, die Matratze war extrem durchgelegen. Das Frühstücksangebot war einseitig.

+ The position is perfect, right in front of the church (even if during Sundays the bells start singing at 9:15), the breakfast was abundant (buffet). Beds are basic, nothing special.

- Nobody told me I had to call a number when I arrived at the door

+ Tout était parfait! Nous reviendrons.

- There was no staff at the location. With only one more guest this caused a bit of an unsafe environment.

+ De plaats en de vriendelijkheid personeel en de vriendelijkheid tov de hondjes.

- De bedden waren niet goed voor oudere mensen met rugproblemen.

+ Personeel was heel vriendelijk Ontbijt was voldoende/goed Locatie ideaal

- Kamer minimaal ingericht Geen bergruimte in kamer Doucheruimte koud en niets om je spullen op te zetten/leggen Matrassen vies!

- De wifi deed het niet. De verwarming was uit bij aankomst en het bleef lang erg koud.

+ De lekkere zachte matrassen en het precies goed gevulde kussen en de heerlijke frisse katoenen lakens 🥰

+ Locatie uiteraard! Vlak in het centrum waar veel vuurwerk was
