Why Not Hotel

The staff was pretty friendly to me. I arrived not feeling well due to lactose intolerance and the receptionist was very helpful and allowed me to enter the room before check in time. But, there were BEDBUGS on my bed and I was bitten all over… the mattress had a hole and it was very difficult to sleep on it. The room is ok but it’s not possible to be in it if you don’t turn the humidifier on…. I wouldn’t stay here again, which is a shame because the location is good and the hotel looks cute!

The male staff was ok late at night, and it’s in a good area of Antigua. However, the room wasn’t that clean! In fact, I’m fairly certain there were bedbugs. Also, the female staff in the morning were highly unhelpful and extremely unfriendly! I would not recommend anyone to stay here!
