Bed bugs and little ants on the floor in my room. I got beaten by some insects.

It's clean and there are no bedbugs. I had a private room with shared bathroom. The sheets are clean and water is warm in bathrooms. The location is a Like 5 blocks from the main square area. You have to hand in the key before you leave for the day. The staff is professional and gets the job done. Answers calls and was able to store baggage on 1st day prior to check in. There's no breakfast but there are coffee vending machines, soda and snacks and a spar store like 5 mins away for groceries.

I found some bedbugs on my bed. So staff refunded my whole room charge and I should find other place to avoid BEDBUG. Also this hostel has very old facilities. You can find nicer hostel with cheap walk-in price near old town. Never stay here. NEVER, NEVER.

Vi er to piger som bookede et pige værelse med tre senge, hvoraf den sidste person var en fuld ældre dame. Herudover var vi så uheldige at finde en forholdsvis stor BED BUG i vores seng, øv øv. Værelse havde ingen Air condition, og var meget varmt. Dog var personalet hjælpsomme og vi fik refundering af pengene.

We are two girls who booked a girl's room with three beds, where the last person was a drunk elderly lady. In addition, we were unlucky enough to find a relatively large BED BUG in our bed:// The room had no air conditioning and was very hot. However, the staff were helpful and we got a refund.

The location was pretty good and walkable to the main station. The staff was helpful with their recommendations but the thick blankets had bed bugs and had bite marks all over me on the next morning and when we informed the reception they offered to refund a day's charge and not a room change as they were fully booked like most of the times during season. i recommend to carry your own blankets if you decide to go here.

There were bed bugs in our room. The room smelled weird and we saw that the hostel had used diatom earth (a cheap uneffective countermeasure against bed bugs), so grew suspicious and checked the beds. This also shows that the hostel knew about this problem. Staff at the reception was super nice, immediately gave a full refund after we showed a picture. The location is fine, privacy is meh (you are not allowed to take your key outside). Check your bed if you decide to stay here.

This review is going to be long but please read it until the end. If you are staying in this hostel because it is cheap and has a good location, please don't. We had the most awful experience. We got there and we were told that there was only one key for everyone in the dorm. The doors and the walls seemed dirty and had mould in some places. A lady got stuck in the elevator the night we arrived. The beds and the bathrooms were okay and we slept comfortably for that night. However when we woke up the next morning we found a bed bug in one of our beds. We warned the reception about it and they got us a refund for the other nights we were supposed to stay in the hostel and left. We managed to get a refund because we took pictures of the bug with flash, so if this happens to you I strongly advise you to get proof of it if you can. Another thing that is important to mention is that the men staying at this hostel were really creepy. If you are a girl please DO NOT stay in a mixed dorm. We were lucky with our roommates however when we went to the bathroom in the morning there was a man taking a shower in the women's bathrooms. The best thing about this place is that the staff was really nice and the cleaning lady helped us with the bathroom situation. The receptionist accepted to give us our refund with no hesitation.

Poor toilet. No light or power socket for each bed. Has bed bugs!

Personnels très gentils mais des punaises de lit !!! Une auberge qui a un bon emplacement mais qui n’est pas très agréable et qui ne m’a ps permis de faire des rencontre car il n’y a pas vraiment de sale commune, ni d’ailleurs de cuisine.

All the minors of the hostel like a lack of a kitchen are nothing in comparison with the fact that there were bedbugs in my bed and now I had an allergy all around my body

Not clean hostel and no AC, impossible to sleep with this heat. Bed bugs were in my bed, so I got a refund and left.

The rooms look okay from the outside, but full of bedbugs. Couldn't sleep at night in that room.

The beds are quite old with some random writings on the bunks and the blankets are not the most comfortable, but still okay. The elevator is quite old as well. The room is not soundproof and sometimes gets pretty suffocated even during wintertime so we need to open the window every now and then. I also wished there was a common kitchen because only a microwave and kettle was available.

Si vous cherchez à rapporter des punaises de lit chez vous, n’hésitez surtout pas. Sinon l’emplacement et bon et les toilettes sont adéquates pour des Jacques Mayol entre amis.

If it’s well located, that is the only positive point we can find. The hostel is a nightmare. We found BED BUGS in a quarter of the rooms we booked (we were a big group). The staff first refused to reimburse us and pretended that we brought them. But no one can deny that the true problem was the hygiene of the rooms. The rooms are SMELLY (cigarette). The outside of the building is old and so is the inside. So if you are thinking about booking this hostel : run away.

Worst place with the worst service. We found BED BUGS right after arriving. The owner didn’t even care and just gave us another room, although the whole place is infested with bed bugs. For your own safety dodge this place.

The facilities weren’t great. The shower was terrible, along with the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The corridor is very loud and sound goes through the walls and I was awoken in early hours by hearing other guests. The beds where very thin and we think had bed bugs.

VORSICHT BETTWANZEN!!! Als wir sie im Zimmer entdeckt haben sind wir gleich wieder gegangen, haben aber immerhin unser Geld zurück bekommen. Das Hostel allgemein wirkte auch sehr dreckig.

De passage dans cette auberge de jeunesse pour notre voyage de promotion étudiant, et bien je ne me m'attendais à rien mais je suis tout de même déçue... Cela fait une bonne dizaine de commentaire que l'établissement essaie de cacher de notre part à tous, mais il s'agirait d'arrêter de cacher le problème... À l'arrivée, le personnel n'étant absolument pas prêt nous a fait attendre plus d'une heure dehors le temps de distribuer les chambres à tous (ps. ils avaient la liste des noms avant notre arrivée, ainsi que nos groupes pour les chambres...). On repassera sur la propreté dans tout l'établissement, lorsque nous y étions notre étage était en rénovation, fort heureusement car je crois que ce bâtiment est plus vieux que les pyramides d'Égypte... Mais cela a rendu notre étage bien plus sale, de par le manque de nettoyage des couloirs et chambres. Enfin bon, on arrive à notre 5è et dernier étage, en montant les bagage à la main par les escaliers car la réceptionniste (très peu aimable d'ailleurs, il semblerait qu'on la dérangeait à chaque fois qu'il fallait récupérer la clé de la chambre...) nous a tout bonnement dit que l'ascenseur était en panne, ce qui était totalement faux... Et là, c'est la douche froide : la chambre est sale, il manque des draps pour certains lits, la fenêtre a été cassée en amont de notre arrivée, donc a été remplacée par un morceau de plexiglass troué... Impossible de dormir après 6h à cause du bruit et il faisait un froid glacial dans la chambre, l'unique radiateur de la chambre n'a fonctionné qu'un jour sur notre semaine... La salle de bain commune féminine n'avait qu'une unique douche pour tout l'étage, apparement pas mieux du côté des garçons... Elle n'a pas été nettoyée de tout notre séjour... les lavabos étaient dégoutants, les espaces communs n'ont pas du tout été respecté par les autres locataires à notre étage (je précise que nous ne les connaissions pas). Cerise sur le gâteau? La présence de punaise de lits au deuxième étage, qui nous a forcé a écourter notre séjour, car impossibilité de reloger tout le monde autre part... Je ne recommanderais en aucun cas cet auberge car le personnel n'est pas du tout arrangeant... Je suis consciente que le prix est un aspect très attractif, cependant à ce compte là il faudrait plutôt payer les gens pour aller dormir là bas ! FUYEZ !

The room was insanely hot, it was impossible to breathe. The fan was very old and noisy Dust all over the room, bathroom not cleaned More importantly BED BUGS on the sheets Luckily we had to stay only for 4/5 hours We left without even showering because bed bugs had reach the towels Also, we kept hearing oises during the night

We were very scared to find bedbugs in our room but fortunately there were none. The rooms were very hot and it was quite hard to sleep but for a couple of nights it is manageable. The staff was not friendly and seemed annoyed all the time. I wouldn't go back there but it was fine.

Les sanitaires n'étaient pas propres. L'hôtel en général n'est pas propre. Beaucoup de bruit de la nuit, les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées

Questionable hygiene, disappointing experience We read the reports of bed bugs in recent months. Our room was luckily bug-free after a careful inspection of our own. But it was not clean at all! The mattresses were stained with several things that we could not and would not identify. The room also got very hot, regardless of the ventilator. The hygiene was only slightly better in the bathroom: two out of three toilets in the men's bathroom on our floor were out of service since before we arrived. This also was not fixed during our week long stay. The shower got clogged on the last day as well. One more thing, the staircase allows every sound to echo through the building, so due to some rowdy French guys sleep was not always guaranteed in our room directly across the stairs. The price is low, and the location between the main bus station and the city centre is nice, but that is it. We could not rebook or relocate due to previous arrangements, but if you can avoid this place I would recommend that...

No hay AC en el cuarto y era un horno. Muy incómodo para dormir. Las duchas son viejas y difícil bañarse. Las instalaciones merecen una renovación. Amanecí con varios piquetes en mi cuerpo que espero no sean bedbugs.

We were supposed to stay there for three nights but around 1am on our second night we discovered there were bedbugs in our room on the second floor. Me, my friend and our two roommates went to talk to the receptionist and she gave us refund for the second and third night but not for the first. (We paid by card but could get the refund only by cash.) And also we didn't have place to stay for the night 'cause it was 1am so we just hung out at the lobby for the rest of the night. (We couldn't switch rooms because we might spread the bugs.) The receptionist wasn't really helpful and didn't even apologize once or care that we couldn't sleep that night. There was also blood on the sheets and the showers didn't work properly.

Fairly standard hostel, good location with decent facilities. On the final night I had severe bedbugs bites which is pretty disappointing because the hostel obviously wasn’t very clean.

Pretty sure we got bedbugs from staying here. No proper kitchen (fridge and cutlery though). Good location near the train station.

The room was insanely hot as it had not air conditioning, not just a bit hot but like unbelievably hot to the point where when I changed hotels, the water bottles I had actually heated up the mini fridge. The room was riddled with bedbugs, found at least 10 in the one bed, staff didn’t seem to care or already knew when I mentioned this at the lobby.

We had booked a room with private bathroom for two nights but left after a horrible first night. The first impression of the room was already bad. It was cramped, stained sheets, the bathroom was even more cramped, smelled of urine and the shower was moldy. We still excused all of this thinking you get what you pay for and thought we only have to stay a couple of days. But when we got back in the evening and turned on the lights, we saw several bed bugs trying to scurry back into dark corners. We spent a fitful first night fearing bed bug bites and more importantly taking them home with us in our baggage. We moved to an Airbnb the very next morning. The low price doesn't excuse a serious problem like bedbugs and mold. The only positive was a central location and the parking space in the courtyard behind the hostel. I would advise anybody to avoid at all costs.

The rooms are small and old. The toilet stank like pee because it wasn't flushed. The shower was moldy and most importantly there are BEDBUGS! If you don't want to live in perpetual fear of bringing them back home with you, avoid this place at all costs!

Beware of bed bugs! Beware of clogging and uncleanliness in washrooms! Beware of unclean rooms!

Smelly toilets, messy staff, and BEDBUGS. The proximity with the city center is the only good point. Desastrous hygiene, no room cleaning, clogged toilets.... And some bedbug so you can bring a little souvenir to your home. The hostel in infected since 3 months (I have seen other commentaries) and nothing is done to stop the invasion. Hatten komische Viecher an der Decke, wahrscheinlich Bettwanzen, danach voller Stiche. komische Athmosphäre und nicht gemütlich. Wasserschäden im Badezimmer. Einziger guter Punkt war der Standort

We had to leave one day earlier because there were bedbugs in one of the room. Be carefull ! And the comments of other people were deleted , don't try to hide the problem !!

I got bed bugs from this hostel along with my friend. The sheets look stained and unwashed. The place is totally eery and not social at all.

Punaises de lit, fenêtres cassées, nettoyage inexistant, personnel désagréable, À FUIR !! Prix du logement imbattable ce qui s'explique par l'état catastrophique de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont insalubres. Les fenêtres ne se ferment pas correctement et la partie basse en plexiglas était endommagée (présence de trous), c'est du jamais vu, on entend tout depuis la rue et il est impossible de dormir après 6h. Le nettoyage quant à lui semble être inexistant. Le plus grave, c'est la présence de punaises de lit dans les matelas, ce qui nous a obligé à partir plus tôt, tout en ayant le risque de les ramener chez nous. Ce problème ne sera sûrement pas résolu puisque le personnel de l'hôtel s'en fiche complètement. Je déconseille fortement d'y aller, même si certains points semblent attractifs aux premiers abords, les problèmes rencontrés sont non négligeables, c'est vraiment le pire endroit que j'ai pu voir !

À FUIR !!!! LOGEMENT INSALUBRE ! PUNAISES DE LIT La couche de crasse recouvrant le sol des chambres atteste que le cleaning staff est payé à rien faire ou inexistant ! On se demande dans quel but la réception demande à conserver les clefs des chambres puisque ce n'est visiblement pas pour faire le ménage ! Le matelas est recouvert d'un couvre matelas qui est aussi propre qu'un paillasson ! L'oreiller ainsi que la couette sont tachés et poisseux. Après avoir signalé l'état de la chambre à la réception à deux personnes différentes, leur seule réponse était "On va vous changer les draps", mais c'est tout l'hôtel qui est à changer ! Ils n'ont même pas fait l'effort de faire semblant de nettoyer la chambre, des bouteilles d'alcool vides abandonnées au dessus de l'armoire montrent que les chambres ne sont absolument pas entretenues. La fenêtre de la chambre cassée ne ferme pas. Je ne parle pas de l'état des sanitaires communs qui menacent de s'effondrer vu la moisissure recouvrant les murs et le plafond. Il est difficile de se sentir propre en prenant une douche dans des cabines noires de crasse. Certaines portes des toilettes ne ferment pas. Le personnel de l'hôtel est désagréable, malhonnête et non réactif ! Enfin, cerise sur le gâteau : l'établissement est infesté de punaises de lit, un tel ramassis de saletés peut difficilement s'en passer ! Quelques jours après notre arrivée, nous avons appris qu'à l'étage au-dessus du nôtre, plusieurs matelas étaient entreposés dans le couloir, preuve que l'hôtel était déjà bien au courant de la situation et n'a pris aucune mesure en conséquence ! Les avis google ne permettent malheureusement pas de mettre de note négative, une étoile est déjà bien trop généreux pour ce trou à rats !

A usual Hostel accommodation. The staff was friendly. However I would like to report bed Bugs! We had a really short stay as we had to take an early flight so we chose to spend the night in a dorm room. I was not able to sleep during night suffering by itchy bites. at first I thought is some mosquito but then as soon as I woke up and saw the huge red itchy marks on my skin I was sure these are bed bug bites. My partner didnt mention any issue from his side. Seems I was the lucky one. Be aware!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. This hostel was disgusting. The room was very dirty, there was trash on the beds and on the floor. The receptionist was extremely rude. We only had 1 key for the room, which we had to return to the reception everytime we left the hostel, which was very weird for a 6 people bedroom. We had to make our own beds, there were stains on the bedsheets, and the (shared) bathrooms were very bad as well. The shower stank of pee and was clogged. The window barely closed and the blinds are super thin so we woke up early with the sunlight. The mattress and the pillow were so used that we felt like sinking in them. We are hoping there were no bedbugs, but we’re highly suspicious of it. There were people chanting the famous song “Devia Ir” in the corridors at 5am non-stop. It was overall a very unpleasant experience, the worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in, but you definitely get what you payed for.

We had bedbugs, totally not clean. The staff wasn't really friendly and irritated when we asked some questions. Not a pleasant experience!

Situación, un 10. En el centro de la Ciudad. Instalaciones, un 3. Anticuado, sensación de poca limpieza, una ducha solo en cada piso (una para hombres, otra para mujeres). Necesita una buena adaptación. El encargado, genial. La empleada de recepción, parecía que no se quería enterar de nada y pretendía cobrarte por lo ya pagado. Y chinches, ácaros… piernas y brazos llenos de ronchas al día siguiente… ¿casualidad?

Traveling as a couple we booked a private room with private bathroom for two nights. It was extremely small and easily 30 degrees Celsius in the room, and we only had a little fan going. The bathroom was tiny and not very functional. We got bed bugs. I found one running on my bedsheets (I googled it to be sure). Our feet and hands are covered in bites. The only reason I’m giving this hostel two stars instead of just one is because the people running the front desk were really nice and helpful professionals. Otherwise, I don’t recommend staying there.

15 euro per night for dorms - ok. However my mattress had bedbugs which I only discovered the next day. I have several red marks now from bites. Also people who work there talk loudly in hallways. People at desk are nice. I'd recommend to find another place if you can

Cheap but really old. The place needs to be renovated. There was mould all over the bathroom. Dirty stains on the walls. Dusty fan (thank God it was working). Extremely small toilet. After reading other reviews, I expected to be bitten by an occasional bedbug. Fortunately, it didn't happen. But the location is great.

Aparentemente el hostel está bien pero en la habitación hacía un calor insoportable y había chinches.

Real communist style hostel. Terrible facilities, rude staff, inefficient key system, an overused matras, bed bugs, only one shower for every floor, higher price as advertised, and obviously no refund. They didn't excecute me after my stay, that is a plus, I guess.

No atmosphere whatsoever. The place had bedbug issues as well. Would not recommend.
