Bedbugs!!!

BED BUGS!!!! Don’t not stay here- you will get bitten by bed bugs. Every single room is absolutely infested and staff are claiming there has been treatment but are allowing guests to stay in infested rooms. I was bitten 20+ times in one night so moved to room no2- this room also had bed bugs and A LOT of bedbug evidence. Moved again to room no3 and again had an infestation. 4 days later I’m still covered in scabs from the bites and the overall experience was the worst we have had in over 2months

Reports of bed bugs that wasn’t taken seriously, aircon in my room didn’t work, in a room of 4 no window. Shower temperature inconsistent and impossible to get right. Staff joked about putting people he didn’t like on 14th floor and joked about not communicating with guests (guest who struggled to check in). Overall weird and unprofessional.

This is by far the worst hostel I have ever stayed in. It’s tiny, unclean and disgusting. There was no one at reception when I arrived and there were 3 other people waiting, texting and calling the number we were told to with no response. Then our whole dorm was covered in BEDBUGS (4/4/26) and the largest bed bugs I have ever seen in my life. We tried to contact them that night and again no response and I have sense tried to ask for a refund and still no response. Do NOT stay here

- lots of Bed bugs everywhere on the wall, ínide the bed they bit me everywhere over my body - Dust everywhere - No Air Con working, the room too hot - Fake ratings - Water spilled in the bath room. - No Receptionist attendant - room mates make lots of noise even after 12am - I can't even sleep a minute during the night

We arrived quite late and were aware that there might not be staff which was fine. But there was so sign to show where the hostel is we were walking around for 20 minutes before we found the building. It was so confusing as well when we got inside and found our keys but there was no room only to be told by people staying that we are in a completely different floor. Which was not maintained at all, couldn’t even open the door the whole way as there was bedding and mattress, also we found bed bugs

So glad I read the reviews about the bed bugs before I arrived here. Shocking that they would not get in touch with otherwise unknowing and trusting guests informing them of this incident.

Franchement l’emplacement sauve la note. Insalubre, j’avais vu des avis parlant de punaises de lit j’ai stressé chaque soir de me réveiller couverte de bouton. Au final chanceuse j’en ressors juste couverte de bouton de moucheron à cause de l’humidité (pas de fenêtre dans les chambres). Toilettes et chambres sales. Salle de bain minuscule et 2 cabines de douches pour 3 dortoirs . Coin fumeur juste à côté des dortoirs donc c’est très bruyant le soir j’ai passé 3 nuits horribles je n’ai pas dormi

Chambre très petite, compliqué de trouver de la place pour poser ses affaires lorsque tous les lits sont occupés. Suspicion de punaises de lit : je ne suis pas sûre à 100% mais des piqûres louches sont apparus et ça ne semble pas être des piqûres de moustique. Au vu des autres reviews booking, je ne suis pas la seule à avoir des doutes. J’ai l’impression que l’hôte n’aime pas quand on en parle au vu des réponses qui donnent aux différentes reviews mais je trouvais important de le notifier. Par ailleurs je n’ai pas trouvé le personnel très accueillant.

Location was very good. And the price for Hong Kong is ok as well in my opinion. But at the first night I had some bedbugs in my bed. So the first night I couldn't even sleep at the bed. So I changed a bed in the same room and there were some as well. After I told the boss the situation. He gave me a new room. And told me he is gonna pay me the first night back. What in my opinion already ridiculous is. But so on the boss still payed me my first night back. So all in all I can't recommend this accommodation. But the view of the second floor was very nice :)

有bed bugs，虽然是不吸血的那种床虱，但是很膈应。

This is the worse hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here. We thought the central location would be redeeming, but it was not. This place is cramped, dirty, our room (purple room) was infested with bed bugs. We have bite marks to prove it. The review on Google reviews shows photos of a hostel which is just not true. There is no chill out space, the reception are never there. There is no social vibe in this hostel. Save your trip. Do not stay here.

There were bedbugs in one of the rooms, didn‘t meet the staff, there was no one, on my first day I arrived behind closed doors, the accomodation is too expensive for the space and service they provide

I hoped they ventilate the room more
