Die Unterkunft war die schlechteste auf unserer Reise. Problem mit der Reservierung über app und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption leider miserables Kundenservice. Wir hatten für 3 Personen reserviert, es wurde aber ein 2-Bettzimmer bereitgestellt. Letztlich mussten wir ein 4-Bettzimmer bezahlen. Zimmer schmutzig! Das Management war für unsere Beschwerde nicht erreichbar.
The accommodation was the worst on our trip. problem with the reservation via app and Staff at the Reception led miserable Customer Service. we had reserved for 3 people but a 2-bedroom was provided. eventually we had to pay for a 4-bedroom. Zimmer schmutzig! the management was not reachable for our complaint.
The beds are really bad, very cheap. There is no atmosphere in the hotel. All in all you pay too much for what you get.
Too much expensive quality price, poor furnitures…
We enjoyed our short stay in San Sebastian and we slept well in this hostel, however I believe the price for the rooms is quite high for the concept.
Situación perfecta, tranquilo y con buena comunicacion al centro de San Sebastian. Limpio y con aparcamiento. Atención muy buena. Precio ....caro...para mi opinión.
The accommodation was good but it would have been better if the kitchen had been equipped with dish soap and sponges. It was also expensive.
Great place to stay! Close to the bus stop to downtown San Sebastián, security always at the front desk, and comfortable/ clean room.
