La cama desastrosa, con chinches, dura y la almohada blandísima, limpieza pésima, lo único bueno la ubicación.

When i see that this hostal have 8.9 review i think it will be perfect, but there was a black mold in the bathroom, the room didnt smell nice, the wall was dirty and everything is sticky. Bed was very uncomfortable and the bed sheets was dirty with human hair on it. The isolation is very bad i can hear the people what they are doing in ther room and it was realy hard to sleep. Tbh i feel very unsafe in the room, we have some bites on our bodies ( but didn’t see any bedbugs )

The place is overall convenient and the staff is great but whoever owns this place needs to listen to the reviews. The facilites need to be updated. I stayed in two different rooms and the bathrooms are filled with mold. There are also bed bugs. I had to check out early because of this and I’ve seen other reviews where they said they also saw bed bugs. If they are present in some rooms, they are most likely all over the building and this needs to be addressed and taken care of.

Cette dernière nous propose de changer de chambre sans prendre au sérieux le problème. Les punaises de lit pouvant se déplacer très facilement de chambre en chambre, nous décidons de ne pas prendre le risque et de changer d'auberge. Le OK hostel ne voudra jamais nous rembourser. Très mauvaise prise en compte d'une situation sanitaire catastrophique et aucun geste commercial. Je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel ! Voyoux à fuir !

BED BUGS - PUNAISES DE LIT - Arrivés dans la chambre nous constatons la présence de punaises de lit, nous décidons de ne pas rester et demandons le remboursement de la nuit mais le personnel d’accueil a été très désagréable et a refusé le remboursement c’est honteux. Non seulement ils ne se préoccupent pas de traiter les punaises de lit et en plus refusent de rembourser un service qu’ils n’ont pu délivrer par leur faute.

This place has bed bugs and they do not care! It appears to be very clean, similar to a hotel with so many rooms and big hallways. But I found bed bugs in the bed and took pictures, which I showed at the reception and they told me “yeah that doesn’t look good”. I found a bed bug on my bag and started freaking out, so someone helped me remove it and gave me coins to use the washer and dryer. I stayed up all night sorting through my things in the basement, scorching everything fabric in the dryer and throwing away paper items I had. But when i finally asked for my money back when morning came around because I was leaving, they said that they would need to go up and check my bed to make sure. Of course, they said they didn’t find anything so they would not give me any of my money back. I booked through hostelworld and they cancelled my trip even though they refused to refund me, so that I am not able to leave a review there. All they offered me was to move to a different bed, which was the top bunk above of the bed I found the bugs in. They treated me like I was overreacting and even told me that “bed bugs happen”. That is not normal, bed bugs are an absolute horror to carry home with you. I can’t believe this place has such amazing reviews, because they clearly do not care about such a horrible pest.

Great front desk staff, very cool bartender, clean area, but someone had bed bugs which left a bad taste at the end of the trip

Bedbugs.

El hostal queda en un sector céntrico de la ciudad muy cerca de los atractivos turísticos, el personal muy atento, el desayuno muy limitado no estuvo muy bueno, tienen problemas de chinches sufrí varios piquetes de chinche, a parte de ser desagradable puede generar problemas de salud.

Carlos' pub crawls were repetitive and did not take us to a real night club at the end. Bed was comfortable, but I definitely got numerous bed bug bites from 206-6. Dinner was okay. Walking tour was basic.

I only stayed one night in the hostel. It was very clean and conveniently located. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only negative point was I found a bedbug on my sheet the next morning, so I had to deal with that hassle when I came home, but when I reported it, the staff was very reactive and evacuated the whole dorm in order to treat it.
