Thien Thanh Hotel

The woman owner was extremely rude. They cursed at us, and there was no one at the reception at night to support customers. My room even had bed bugs, spiders, and cockroaches. There was a mirror placed directly opposite the bed, and only ONE power socket in a room for FOUR people. Not enough soap for everyone either. During our argument, they constantly raised their voice and made up details to make themselves look like the victim. They were aggressive and unprofessional — I was honestly SHOCKED when the owner yelled at us. The attitude was completely unacceptable. The whole place had a weird smell, and the overall experience was awful. I would NEVER come back, and I strongly recommend looking for a better hotel. I wish I could give them a lower rating than 1 star.

Why i give one star because there is no lower than that. Yesterday we stayed there,the hotel owner women attitude is not good.she talk very rudely after we paid the money for the room The room also not good and there are so many mosquitoes and bed bugs are there in the hotel. My suggestion is don't go to that hotel.
