- Room was in awful condition. A lot of damp on all walls and bathroom. Unfortunately the worst room we’ve stayed in whilst travelling for 6 months. Highly overpriced considering the room state

+ - Hund Frida, die wirklich super süß war - die Lage war in Ordnung (viele Bars und Restaurants (meist Buffet); aber: viele Obdachlose - aus den Duschen kam viel Wasser (niemals ohne Latschen betreten!!)
- - Sauberkeit war nicht vorhanden, wirklich abartig - ich wüsste gar nicht wo ich anfangen müsste (dreckige Bettwäsche, unhygienisches Badezimmer, überall Stand etwas rum, Gestank des Sofas) - viele Mitarbeiter unfreundlich (bei Ankunft musterte die Chefin mich von oben bis unten und verzerrte das Gesicht; hätte ich gewusst, dass sie die Chefin war, hätte ich sie angesprochen, sie sah aber nicht wie eine Chefin aus) - viele Mitarbeiter kiffen u.a.; wenig Englisch - Gäste z. T. sehr strange, hatte manchmal das Gefühl, als wäre ich in einem Obdachlosenheim - verstehe die Spitzenbewertungen ABSOLUT nicht

- Quarto quente, hóspede barulhento, não respeita outros hóspedes no quarto, roupas de cama ruins, ar funciona menos que meia bomba. Cobrou pelo uso de toalha de banho. Cozinha suja e bagunçada, banheiro sujo. Tudo na casa já está muito defasado e sem manutenção. Teto de gesso do banheiro já já cai na cabeça de alguém. As fotos do perfil não condizem com a realidade. Tudo muito feio e mal cuidado.
No site constava 4 pessoas por quarto, mas quando fiz o check-in me disseram que seriam 6 pessoas. Não tinha lugar para guardar minhas coisas com chave. Sugeriram q eu colocasse minhas coisa no guarda volume mas era um lugar úmido e com cheiro de mofo. Quando fui pegar de volta as minhas coisas a porta estava totalmente aberta e sem supervisão nenhuma o que era para estar chaveado considerando que era um area "segura" para guardar coisa de valor.O banheiro não tinha papel higiênico e sujo...
There was no site with 4 people per room, but when I checked in they said it would be 6 people. I had no place to store my stuff with a key. They suggested I put my stuff in the volume locker but it was a damp and musty place. When I went to pick up my stuff back the door was totally open and without any supervision or it was supposed to be locked considering it was a "safe" area to store valuables.The bathroom had no toilet paper and was dirty.
Very dirty. Creaking beds. To few toilets to the amount of beds. There is a kitchen for you to use, but it is messy and greasy (only cold water to clean things, and no one bothers to boil water to do the dishes. The fridge is stuffed, no one throws out old food. You can have the “swimmingpool” all to yourself, it is so dirty that nobody uses it. Our room didn’t have air conditioning. Only good thing; We liked the manhood.

Un lugar céntrico, buena ubicación en el centro de bares y restaurantes de Porto Alegre. Cerca de un gran parque, perfecto para ir a pasear por un tiempo. Sin embargo, no sentí mucha hospitalidad del staff ahí. Hay mucho voluntario, y pareciera que no reciben a muchos extranjeros porque casi nadie conversaba ni nada. También me pareció que la limpieza era poca, platos sucios en la cocina y el baño a veces estaba sucio. Me parece que el lugar es adecuado para lo que se paga, pero hay más ...
A central place, good location in the center of bars and restaurants of Porto Alegre. Close to a large park, perfect for going for a walk for a while. However, I didn't feel much hospitality from the staff there. There are a lot of volunteers, and it seems that they don't receive many foreigners because almost no one talked or anything. I also found that the cleanliness was poor, dirty dishes in the kitchen and the bathroom was sometimes dirty. I think the place is suitable for what you pay, but...

+ El personal es muy amable.
- Deberian reglamentar que no se use esmalte o quitaesmalte en el cuarto, ya que el espacio es pequeño y el olor es muy fuerte.
I should regulate that no enamel or de-enamel is used in the room, as the space is small and the smell is very strong.
Mehr oder weniger sauber, die mitarbeiter sind freundlich bei fragen, und es hätte thepretisch alles was man braucht nur wäre eine sanierung und instandsetzung notwenig. Da ich am ende der saison ging war ich der einzige tourist und es waren nur andere brasilianer dort. Aber an sich kein schlechter platz zum übernachten
It's more or less clean, the staff is friendly with questions, and the table has pretty much everything you need except for a renovation and repair. since I was going at the end of the season, I was the only tourist and there were only other Brazilians there. but there is no worse place to stay.
+ Ótima localização perto da redenção e do bar opinião, ambiente agradável e acolhedor com piscina. Atendimento maravilhoso, com certeza voltarei!

+ O espaço é extremamente aconchegante e bem decorado, fazendo com que a gente se sinta em casa. A localização é privilegiada, facilitando muito o deslocamento, e o anfitrião foi impecável, sempre educado e muito prestativo.
- Sinceramente, não tenho pontos negativos a destacar sobre a estadia. Tudo estava conforme o anunciado e superou minhas expectativas iniciais.
+ A convivencia com as pessoas do hostel é extremamente agradável e todos são gentis e muito boa a energia.Sem falar em Frida e Fred que são lindos e amorosos.
