Aparthotel EURO-ROOM

- The accommodation itself was nice in general, but unfortunately, our stay was affected by a couple of issues. The isolation between rooms is poor, and the noise from the room above us (which seemed to be another hotel) was unbearable. We constantly heard loud thuds throughout whole day, evenings and mornings, which really ruined the overall experience. While I appreciate that the reception tried to contact the other hotel to address the issue, the problem was only resolved after three days when the guests above us checked out. It left a bad taste when the reception also told us they wouldn't refund us if we decided to switch hotels, which we seriously considered at one point due to the noise. The accommodation is renovated and nicely furnished, but this noise significantly impacted our experience.

- It wasn’t mentioned while booking the apartment that it doesn’t have elevator, no AC inside the bedroom ( only in the living area), not coming again unless elevator is installed.

- Doliczanie opłaty 150 zł za parking i łóżeczko dla dziecka to wyższy poziom zdzierstwa. Sugeruję następnym razem doliczyć opłatę od ciepłej wody. Gdybym wiedział, że końcowa cena noclegu będzie tak wysoka wybrałbym inne miejsce.

+ location was near plenty of things. Bed comfortable. TV easy to use and had an English language POlish station.

- depressing room. Staff not welcoming. Nescafe not real coffee. They were not on the property although there was a reception office. I never saw a person. I was under the impression that this was a hotel not like an Air B n B. Room cold and thermostat not easy to figure out.

+ Вышел нюанс с кроватями, на фото была раздельная, но на деле она так застелена, персонал молодцы, решили вопрос добавив односпальную кровать в номер. Персоналу 5 звезд!

+ The receptionist Anna was very nice and gave us a lot of great tips and suggestions for the city . The apartment in general is good and location is great.

- The floor heating for the bathroom did not work. The bathrobes / towels were all broken on the edges , very worn down and old, did not like that. Parking is small and the fee is not small too to use it. The walls are very thin and you can hear the noises from other apartments.

+ This was a my first visit to the Polish City of Krakow access to the K4 Aparthotel was easy from the airport via train to the Central Station, which was a 10 minute walk away. Check in was reasonably straightforward once I had managed to get into the building as the intercom did not appear to be working. The room was pleasant enough and appeared to be well cleaned with a view into an enclosed courtyard surrounded by other buildings, the bed was very comfortable and I slept well the shower had good pressure but the shower head could have been better located rather than pointing at my belly button!

- Whilst I appeared to have a good internet connection neither of the two tv's would connect to the Smart features so no YouTube or other streaming services so I was stuck with Polish TV for 3 days which trust me is not what an English speaking traveller wants to watch after a long day at a Forestry and Agriculture Expo.

+ Great location. Comfortable bed. Clean. Easy to get in. Polite staff.

- It smelled really bad. The carpet next to the bathroom was wet. No window in bathroom. Obviously there is a sewage problem at the moment which once fixed the place is ideal.

- το δωμάτιο ήταν ισόγειο, δεν είχε καθόλου θέα. έβλεπε μόνον σε εσωτερική αυλή. Δεν υπήρχαν καθόλου κοινόχρηστοι χώροι για να καθίσεις να ξεκουραστείς ευχάριστα

+ From the moment we booked, communication was excellent. All Staff incredibly helpful from start to finish, rooms were very well set out, modern, very comfortable, decent size , well equipped and exceptionally clean.

+ Vynikajúca lokalita, kúsok od centra a pritom v tichej ulici. Pozitívne hodnotím vybavenie apartmánu, čistotu izieb, ochotu personálu. Raňajky ktoré zabezpečili v hoteli o pár metrov ďalej boli výborné. Vrelo odporúčam.

+ Skvělá poloha, vynikající komunikace, mimořádně čisté, velké a pohodlné, naprosto klidné jak z hlediska lokace, tak pokud jde o ostatní hosty, ač v centru, je řešeno parkování.

- Poněkud chladnější pokoj, ale nic, co by nevyřešilo oblečení.

+ Ubicación excelente. Personal muy amable. Apartamento de una habitación super amplio, cómodo, silencioso y muy limpio.

- No hay ascensor. Para nosotros no fue un problema.

+ El recepcionista es muy muy muy amable. Todo son buenas maneras y facilidades. Mucha simpatía y eficacia. El apartamento que tuvimos, el 01, es espectacular. Mucho mejor que una suite de un hotel de 5 estrellas. El apartamento tiene absolutamente de todo, menos congelador. Esta muy cerca del centro y también de la estación de tren que te lleva directamente al aeropuerto. Tiene disponibilidad para dejar las maletas el último dia hasta que te vas al aeropuerto. El baño grande con una ducha espectacular y calefacción por el suelo. Cafetera con café en sobre. Aire acondicionado con bomba de calor. Tiene una tv grande con Nerflix gratis. Recomendable 100%.

- No hay nada que criticar. Es perfecto.

+ The staff welcomed us in and gave us an overview of the things to do and try in the area. They also carried all of our bags right up to our room as well. The location was fantastic and the food nearby was also delicious.

- The shower had a leak in it, but it still functioned.
