DIE SCHLIMMSTE NACHT UNSERES LEBENS!! wir hatten kompletten Stromausfall in unserem Zimmer Wasser ging nicht ac tot. Das Zimmer hat extrem gestunken da die Lüftung auch tot war die Matratzen waren extrem eingelegen und wir mussten mit offener Tür schlafen. Kakerlaken, Katzen stechmücken. Alles dabei gewesen. Am nächsten Tag als die Damen wieder an der Rezeption waren sagte sie nur NO REFUND. Sehr freche Frau sehr unhöfliches Personal. Haben versucht sie zu kontaktieren, mehr Mals

The private room we were given was nothing like the photos, the walls looked like they had been sprayed with cement and had so many holes in it filled with cobwebs and bugs, it smelled strongly of mold and mildew and was not a nice room at all

There was water, coffee and biscuits available which were nice but that’s where it ends. Not going into details, but someone in the dorms did something to me that was extremely distressing and that isn’t the hostel itself fault. But they handled the situation very poorly, I didn’t feel safe staying in the dorm and was very upset and told them this. They said to wait till 11 am for them to do something, it was 8 am at this point. If something happens in the dorms don’t expect them to help...

Very basic, security not great. Found two cockroaches in the bathroom so had to leave and book another hotel in the middle of the night

More like a horror film... -in fact CLOSE to many bars (see Google view) No security: We withesses a night fight next room and mrng after asked if they knew and the answer was: yes, yes,,, Hostel does not take cc on arrival as stipulated on web site... Common room is in fact a laundry business operated by owner No water filtration system, no water bottle offered on our 4 night stay No sheet in bed (2 pillow & a blanket) Mrng coffe available after remooving cockroach Just DONT go

Don’t ever go here! Literally the worst hostel I’ve been to in Thailand. There were bedbugs all over the place, the room was disgusting, the toilet was clogged and the service was absolute s***. Obviously we immediately wanted to move to another place after we saw we had bedbugs, however the woman behind the counter was zero compassionate, she wanted to keep my passport and let us pay the full amount, even for the days we didn’t sleep there. In short; don’t do it!

I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it’s for a quick stop over and you aren’t in the room very much. You will need a mosquito net. There is no safe in the room and the door was not secure with large holes in it. No hot water from the shower and our bathroom also didn’t lock

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTSNCES STAY HERE! The room smelled strongly of mold, and there was a leak in the bedroom. The water and AC only worked at times. We got badly bitten by bed bugs during our stay. The fridge also looked very unhygienic and music could be loudly heard from the bars on the beach made it impossible to sleep. Also, we found an ant infestation in the room! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE, DO NOT BOOK!!!

Das Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommen und es hat sehr stark moderich gerochen. Als Decke habe ich ein Handtuch erhalten was steinhart war. Die Lage ist direkt am Strand. Wer viel Wert auf Schlaf legt sollte dort nicht schlafen man hört die Musik vom Strand sehr stark. Die Unterkunft an sich ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und von der Sauberkeit unbefriedigend.

We stayed in the 4 person private room and at midnight it started dripping water from the ceiling. It wasn’t much at first so a man who works there fixed it somehow and then we went to sleep. We woke up at 4am to the sound of water gushing from the ceiling. This time it was a lot of water. The guy in the room next to us had woken up because water was dripping on him while he slept. We tried to find staff but no luck. So we checked the upstairs and there was a broken pipe in the room above us ...

Friendly staff, great location, clean rooms

Se puede llegar caminando desde el muelle y se encuentra en una zona tranquila sin tanto ruido de las fiestas , pero al mismo tiempo cerca si te apetece ir a bailar. Su ubicación es muy buena!

loved the entire stay! stayed for 3 nights, couldn't ask for more. You can barely listen to any music, close to the beach, clean. it is not 24/7, but I actually didn't need any help in after hours. Staff was amazing, and you actually have a really good laundry service there, they were the only ones in Thailand who could wash my clothes properly! Couldn't ask for more :)

Das Zimmer ist sehr einfach und alles ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Eine Isolierung des Raums gibt es eigentlich nicht, trotz Klimaanlage war es immer sehr warm. Die Mitarbeiter des Hostels haben nicht grade mit Höflichkeit geglänzt.

Chambre individuelle sommaire mais efficace. Attention pour les gros dormeurs, aucune insonorisation et propriété située au cœur des bars/plages très bruyants. Aussi, n’importe qui peut rentrer et se poser devant votre porte. Ce serait bien de mettre un système de porte à l’entrée

We stayed in a room for 3 people and we all had our own comfy bed which was really nice! The staff was really friendly and the location was just perfect (just a few minutes walk to the center and not too noisy in the night + close to the beach). We really liked our stay here.

Property was less than a minutes walk away from the beach. You get what you pay for. Close to the beach parties but not affected by the noise. Free water and can book boat trips from there. Staff very friendly.

No longer take card! Have cash ready! Don't let the 9.1 score fool ya. Room is simple, dated and falling apart a bit but clean. The bed was extremely firm and you get a throw as a duvet/blanket but you can adjust your Aircon (which works great) accordingly. You're in the thick of it, and can get to anywhere walking but we didn't find it to be too noisy apart from the 8am Thai national anthem blasting from a speaker near our window. Free water bottles, refill station, tea and coffee is nice

the place was okay, we had a private room but the main door had a big gap at the top where it had not been put in the frame correctly. the bathroom door was even worse you could fit a whole hand in it. not the cleanest and the beds weren’t very comfy. but the location was right on the beach and pretty quiet. there was no social area or atmosphere but for the price, it was okay.

It’s a good place to stay on Phi Phi. Can’t beat the location. Private rooms are clean.

El hospedaje es bueno pero algo caro para lo que ofrece! Los lockers pequeños! No hay una área común y la entrada es una lavandería! Lo bueno que puedes tomar café con galletas, te dan agua y puedes rellenar tu botella. El personal es amable

Says the accept credit card but they don’t and based on previous reviews haven’t accepted card for sometime. Misleading to not change this on HostelWorld. Pros; the location is close to beach and bars, the staff were very friendly and gave us a good price on a boat trip. Room was okay (bed was very firm), had mini fridge and good AC. Cons; no soundproofing and nearby bars play loud music until 2am. One of the worst sleeps we’ve had in a private room.

Separater Zugang zum Strand, aber keine direkte Strandlage. Super um dem abendlichen Partyvolk aus dem Weg zu gehen.

Amazing owners, super friendly and welcoming. They also have free water bottles, free coffee and free biscuits for guests which I loved. Wasn’t noisy at all for me and I would recommend! Lots of love from Zara

This is a no frills stay- do not expect luxury, the water from the taps is brown and the bed is quite hard. That being said, the location is brilliant (literally right on the beach) and the staff were lovely. You get a free bottle of water every day which was a nice touch. This is a fairly priced stay for Phi Phi and for what you get for your money.
