When I arrived it was closed so I had to go to another hostel. The platform still has to answer me about this issue.
+ Friendly staff, quiet room
- It is very cold in the rooms, and there is no form of heating whatsoever. It's a budget accommodation, but the building looks like it's only half-built. There are better options in town
It gave a comfortable enough nights stay
- Recibí una habitación totalmente distinta a la que había reservado ( no era de 30mtrs 2 ) y la ubicación no estaba como yo reservé . Hubo una fiesta de la ciudad en la calle y bo pude descansar ni un minuto .
+ La porte de la chambre était cassée et ne fermait pas à clé, du coup on m'a proposé de changer de chambre.
- Le siphon de la douche était à moitié bouché donc l'eau ne s'evacuait pas bien. Le ménage laisse a désirer (il restait une bouteille vide par terre au pied du lit, ça pose la question du ménage du sol..), et les repas étaient réchauffés au micro-onde... Dommage !
+ Nice place to stop on the Quilotoatrek. Dinner and Breakfast were nice.

- Mattress was a bit soft - not so comfy We only wanted a sandwich for packed lunch for quilotoa trek but a staff member tried to force us to buy the full lunch box and give it to kids in the street. Eventually we agreed to only pay for whay we ordered (sandwich and banana) Was hoping to get some advice re quilotoa trek route chugchillan ->quilotoa but staff were not rly helpful, ended up going to ask another hostel for advice
+ Very comfy bed, good breakfast, nice room in general.
- The dinner was a bit small, only one chicken leg + some rice and a small side salad + small desert. The chicken tasted really good, but we where just a lot more hungry after a long hike.
+ Der Empfang war herzlich und die Möglichkeit auf das Dach zu können war ebenfalls schön. Zudem gab es nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit auch ein Lagerfeuer im Raum.
- Abdunkeln war etwas schwer und aus den Fenstern und Türen zog es gewaltig. Dort waren mehrere Spalte zu sehen. Die Menge des Essens war etwas klein.

+ El alojamiento es perfecto, mi favorito, el personal es de lo más amable y muy atento con cualquier pedido como la alimentación que en mi caso es vegana, se preocuparon de preparar comidas muy ricas que me hicieron sentir muy feliz luego del trekking. Siempre volveré
The accommodation is perfect, my favorite, the staff is extremely friendly and very attentive with any request like the food which in my case is vegan, they took care to prepare very rich meals that made me feel very happy after the trek.
+ El hotel tiene una buena ubicación, la atención fue muy personalizada y la habitación era bastante cómoda aunque algo fria.
- No me gustó el tamaño de la toalla que me dieron.
+ Staff were amazing and friendly. Secure parking was great but required staff to provide access - tight entry if you’ve a big car. Rooms was comfy & clean with nice views. Nice balcony. Short but lovely drive to Laguna de Quilatoa. Half board was handy after long drive.
- Two story walk up but staff were happy to help. Morning assembly from school behind the property was a bit loud but I was already awake.
I paid for a dorm and got a private room with balcony, Great value for money. I arrived early and the host immediately offered me coffee which was lovely. Toiletries, towel and breakfast all complimentary. Basic, but Spotlessly clean. Looks like they are renovating so the place isn’t well insulated and it’s cold, but the host lit a fire and it was cozy as. Only complaint was there was music playing all night, I think from outside the hotel, but I put earplugs in and it didn’t bother me

+ Great location right on the trail yet still in the center, with restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large with a nice view, everything was very clean, and the food—especially the broccoli soup—was simple but really good. Hot water, a water dispenser, and plenty of blankets made the stay comfortable enough for a hiking stop.

+ La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Ha spaccato la legna per accenderci la stufa e scaldarci. La camera era molto spaziosa, un pochettino fredda, perché il tempo era brutto (pioveva a dirotto). Cena e colazione ottime!
+ Comfortable, clean, friendly hosts, solid dinner/breakfast. Tasty lunchbox for $3. Hot shower. Communal space with fireplace and boardgames. Located in the middle of town next to a bakery/shops, and further up the road from Black Sheep & Cloud Forest so you get a headstart on them for the hike in the morning!
- Small gaps in the doorframes meant cold air from outside was coming in during the night, but plenty of blankets so no big deal.
+ Really nice hotel, clean, and a good breakfast and dinner included! Very friendly staff, who even put on a fire for us for the evening to keep warm and dry our clothes!

+ Horká voda ve sprše, posezení ve společné místnosti. Hotel je v centru městečka, blízko obchod.
- Při příjezdu nebyl přítomen personál. Museli jsme majitelku sehnat s pomocí místních. V hotelu funguje silná wi-fi, ale ve vesnici není signál evropských operátorů.

- Straße ist sehr laut; Balkontür nicht abschließbar
