Auberge L'Apero

Ça devrait être illégal d’entretenir une auberge comme ça. Tout est sale et mal entretenu. Je suis partis dès que j’ai pu.

Auberge horrible! Insalubre! Des trous dans le plafond, des punaises de lit, câbles électriques apparents. Une insécurité au plus haut, porte principale cassée, une chambre qui ne ferme pas. Douche degeulasse et cassée Une arrivée effectuée par un réfugié et une taxe surajoutée non conforme pour un paiement en carte bleue. Une auberge remplie de réfugiés et SDF. Destination à fuir pour les jeunes touristes Si vous voulez le sida ou la tuberculose allez y!

Incredibly unwelcoming

BEWARE! This is a hole in the ground that has risen to the surface to torture people. Filthy, falling apart, a terrace unaccessible because a WWIII bomb hit it. Leaky showeres, no privacy anywhere, TV room where 3 people sleep on couches, extra beds put on the floor of.a 6-bed dorm, filthy kitchen with sparse silverware. Anything terrible you can imagine thrives here. People leave before their reservation expires.

pls i’m begging don’t stay here. right from the beginning it was terrible - musty, broken shower, dingy little place. then some women got her bank cards stolen and then some guy pulled out a knife and the police got involved. not a safe place at all, incredibly bad atmosphere.

DO NOT GO THERE. As soon as I arrived someone told me I have been changed room because there was a guy taking advantage of girls when they’re drunk. And THEN, told me there was another man with a record in his room. As a solo female traveler I felt very unsafe, I then asked to get my money back to book another hotel and called the woman in charge, she literally screamed at me on the phone asking me the name of “the liar”

worst place I have ever stayed in. management was super rude. it was smelly and stuffy and hard to breathe. sketchy vibes everywhere. don't go even for an experience. bad of a place!

Es un asco. La cocina está sucia, hay pilas de cosas inservibles por todos los lugares comunes, las puertas de los baños no cierran bien ni el cancel de la regadera del baño.

Staff really nice but the building is breaking down pieces by pieces, and the showers are tiny. Plus they let homeless people/drug addicts sleep there, which is a good thing, but they should put them in different rooms.

That staff was nice but it was very dirty and I felt uncomfortable. A lot of stuff was not working anymore and I feel like a lot of homeless people while sleeping here. Overall, the people that were sleeping here all seemed kind of scary and as in 19-year-old girl that was travelling lol I didn’t felt safe.

Enjoyed my location.

This hostel is in a very good location. The officers are kind and helpful especially Peter.

Je me suis attachée à l'emplacement les week-ends davantage vs prix des concurrents et entretien des lieux finalement réussi car difficile à constater sauf lorsque je fus témoin de voir les concierges et leurs activités. Le personnel est très accueillant, ouvert d'esprit. sympathique et accomodant.

L’Auberge L'Apero est idéalement située en plein centre-ville de Montréal, proche des transports, restaurants et magasins. Cependant, la propreté laisse à désirer, avec des odeurs persistantes et des sanitaires défectueux. L’espace est étroit, ce qui peut être inconfortable pour un séjour long. Le personnel se limite aux propriétaires, une dame sympathique et polyglotte, mais l’absence de staff est un inconvénient.

Vue de l’extérieur cela ressemble aux bâtisses Montréalaises Une fois la porte franchie on remarque tout de suite l’état… assez dégradé… la porte avec digicode est rafistolée avec du scotch… L’escalier est vétuste L’accueil est agréable Les dortoirs sont dans des couloirs… très peu de lumière naturelle Aux plafonds on remarque des bâches en plastique qui cachent le mauvais etat des plafonds… forte humidité ressenti…La cuisine est microscopique… et le co...

Staff was very friendly but not the cleanest place. Given that it’s in an old building I can understand the condition of the walls but it was really cluttered and unclean.

It was dirty and weird and unfriendly. I wanted to leave at 6 in the morning, but the outer door was locked. I had to call the owner and only after 10 minutes would she tell me where the emergency exit was (it was hidden in one of the rooms). Most guests were 50 or older and obviously not on vacation there. It was all pretty f***d up.

Good location,good value for money,friendly stuff, it was hard to communicate via email with the property but at the be everything went well.

Very close to a homeless shelter. Works in a pinch tho. If you have low standards, prepare to be disappointed

Il aurait été parfois plus simple d avoir facilement quelqu un a l accueil pour répondre aux questions, ou pouvoir réagir s il se passait qqchose. Les client e s ne se connaissent pas, majoritairement, et quand il y a désaccord, c est important que quelqu'un puisse être là.
