It took me more than 2 hours to get access
The facilities here were awful - the was one working shower accessible for the whole hostel, which was broken (it was freezing cold). The smell of this place was diabolical, our clothes smelt even after we left. Also, to note, the lockers are separate from the rooms, so your belongings are not near if (if this is a concern for you), it meant that was no storage in the rooms. The toilets also smelt unbelievably bad - there was 2 accessible in the whole hostel.

Die Matratze war sehr dünn. Außerdem ist es keine typische Kapsel, sondern man hat einfach nur eine Jalousie zum Verschließen. Smart TV und WLAN haben nicht funktioniert. Duschen gab es nur zwei für das gesamte Hostel und dann nur kaltes Wasser. Reinste Enttäuschung!
The Mattress was very thin. besides, it is not a typical Capsule, but you just have a blind to close. Smart TV and WLAN did not work. There were only two showers for the entire hostel and then only cold water. Pure disappointment!

We spent one night at Hygie Hotel and the experience was disappointing. The kitchen is poorly equipped (minuscule fridge, only one microwave) and sold out, there are only two showers and two toilets for the hotel. I had ordered two single beds and we got a double bed, without explanation. The room was overheated, with a strong smell and questionable sheets. Les photos ne sont pas représentatives. C’était très sale. Le lit en tant que tel n’était pas trop mal mais je doute de la propreté. L’eau de la douche était glacée. Une seule salle de bain pour tous les hostel. L’autre salle de bain sentait terriblement mauvais. Je ne recommande pas.
The photos are not representative. It was very dirty. The bed as such was not too bad but I doubt the cleanliness. The water in the shower was icy. One bathroom for all the hostels. The other bathroom smelled awful. I don't recommend it.
booked 2 pods and only ended up getting one to share even though the booking said 2 beds and payed for 2 beds hardly any room for bags filthy bathroom 1 toilet and 1 shower for entire hostel no kitchen no common room no where to sit but your bed the fridge was absolutely filthy staff were not that helpful pretty much a filthy job site beds had not been properly cleaned with stuff all around the edges worst hostel i’ve stayed in won’t be back
Escrocs, j'ai été débitée plus que ce qu'il ne devait et n'ai jamais été remboursée. Ils n'ont tout simplement jamais répondu a mes mails et n'ont pas essayé de m'aider. Malgré le faitd 'être repassée plusieurs fois pour me plaindre mais rien n'a changé. De plus la cuisine n'est pas équipée. Une seule fourchette pour toute une auberge sérieusement ?? A FUIRE !!!!
Scammers, I was charged more than it was due and I was never reimbursed. They simply never answered my emails and didn't try to help me. Despite the fact that I was reviewed several times to complain but nothing changed. Plus the kitchen is not equipped. One fork for an entire hostel seriously ?? A FIRE !!!!
Les pots sont infernales le matelas horrible j’ai passé une nuit blanche je suis parti avec des douleurs musculaires ! Une salle de bain pour homme et femme bruit dans l’hôtel toute la nuit! Salle de bain salle ! Le personnel une seule personne embauché pour autant de personnes ! Plus jamais je déconseille fortement cet hôtel
The pots are hellish the mattress is horrible I spent a sleepless night I left with muscle pain ! a bathroom for men and women noise in the hotel all night! bathroom room ! the staff one person hired for so many people ! never again I strongly discourage this hotel

Le personnel est sympathique bien qu’ils n’aient pas accepté de stocker mes bagages (2h avant mon check in). J’ai réservé pour 2 personnes et j’ai reçu un double pod, la largeur du lit est très petite, les lits grincent donc font du bruit toute la nuit. Il n’y a pas de fenêtres ni de ventilation, il faisait horriblement chaud dans la chambre (10 lits doubles). Tout est en sous-sol. La pièce commune est petite par rapport à la taille de l’hostel.
The staff is friendly although they did not agree to store my luggage (2h before my check in). I booked for 2 people and I received a double pod, the width of the bed is very small, the beds grin so they make noise all night. There are no windows or ventilation, it was horribly hot in the room (10 double beds). Everything is in the basement. The common room is small compared to the size of the hostel.
Bon rapport qualité prix. Un petit frigo pour tout le dortoir plein avec beaucoup de choses périmé voir moisi dedans. Douche passablement propre. Point positif les capsules avec ses propres lumières et rideaux.
Good value for money. a small fridge for the whole dorm room full with lots of things outdated see moisture in it. shower reasonably clean. positive point the capsules with its own lights and curtains.
I was apprehensive with so many bad reviews but it turned out alright. I just need a place to stay for one night and I didn’t want to spend a lot of money. No hot water.

Only stayed to sleep (7-8 hours) from what I saw all wonderful as advertised. Clean and quiet. Pods incredibly spacious

Pros: - Location is close to downtown with excellent transit access - Cosmetic upgrading on the facility gave it a pleasant appearence - pod concept allows for greater privacy when asleep Cons - No kitchen facilities, which makes it difficult to prepare meals - Limited showers and bathrooms, place felt cramped - Staff not present at reception area - Common area was quite unclean

In general it was in a great place and was a great budget choice. The lockers provided did not have locks and none were provided. If I had been notified in advance I could have brought one but it was late when I got in and wouldn't have known where to pick one up so I just slept with all my belongings in the pod. The cleanliness of the pod was fine but the shower and public room was pretty poor.
Great location and cool idea but (for single pod booking) felt like a lot fell short. Only 2 bathrooms and 2 showers, so had to wait and take turns for changing and using the facilities. The individual pods do not lock, only have a blackout curtain, so doesn’t feel safe to leave anything in the pod. Individual lockers were great but at the other end of the building so having to put socks and shoes on every time you need to get something from a bag is annoying. You get what you pay for. I found the cleanliness of the sheets questionable. Washroom was dirty but I think the guests are just disgusting as well. My capsule had a tv but no speakers so dumb. No common areas so no atmosphere. Needs management with common sense.

I had a pretty good stay at the Hygie Pod Hostel. Surprisingly off the reviews this was much better than what I was expecting. The pods were very clean and spacious, and very secure. Pods have nice amenities and can lock from inside and outside. I would compare the bathroom and kitchen facilities to a first year college dorm. Not super clean or spacious, but that’s also a hostel. All in all, good, lack of shower and toilet, the bed is much too steep.
The pod was broken so it couldn't close all the way. Their solution was to offer a towel to hang over the opening. Not even a partial refund.
