Rien Insalubre, 8 lits de 2 dortoirs différents infestés de punaises de lit, un homme qui avait mis son matelas dans la cuisine pour dormir, les portes qui ne ferment pas car le système de code électroniques ne fonctionne plus, l'odeur de renfermé. Nous avons fuit pour dormir dans notre voiture et n'avons même pas été remboursés par l'établissement, fuyez.

Maison de banlieue reconvertie en auberge de jeunesse de fortune, insalubre avec punaises de lit dans les chambres!!! Même sans ce problème les lits sont sales et pas confortables, draps optionnels, 1 salle de bain pour 4 dortoirs Le propriétaire loue toute la maison à des personnes différentes et emploie de jeunes gens sympathiques mais peu armés pour gérer un tel désordre. A entièrement traiter et rénover avant de pouvoir louer ce lieu!!!

it's cheap as hell BED BUGS!!! I stayed in the Tokyo room, and I ended up leaving with over two dozen bed bug bites on my lower back, ankles, arms, and neck. Trust the other reviewers here and on Google Maps who talk about bed bugs. This seems to be a real problem that the owners are not addressing. I would have genuinely been better off if I had slept in my car, because now I'm spending a ton of time and money trying to make sure I don't infest my apartment at home. Spend a little more money and don't end up being stressed and covered in bites!!

Punaises de lit découvertes à minuit, autrement dit je n'ai pas dormir et suis allée passer la nuit dans la cuisine (très sale par ailleurs). Le prix est vraiment bas donc je n'avais pas d'attente, mais payer un lit pour au final ne pas dormir c'est un peu absurde..

Le manque de propreté. A tel point que j’ai été dévoré par des punaises de lits. L’hygiène est plus que douteuse.

Unfortunately nothing Unfortunately me and my partner had a really bad experience. We got *!BED BUGS!*from here and it really affected our visit to Canada ☹️. I have since read other reviews saying this (which I missed as the reviews were still rated high or unclear :/ so not sure why this was not sorted out asap. The bunk beds are DIY wooden frames,they don’t seem secure and this would not help the bed bug situation as wood is a breeding ground for them. It’s worth paying the extra and go somewhere where they monitor and clean to ensure no spread of bedbugs!!

Nothing. The accommodation has a serious bed bug problem — I have bites all over my body. The staff is friendly, and I reached out to inform them about the issue, but I never received a response after few days. It’s extremely inconvenient. On top of that, parking is a hassle as well.

La cocina con lo necesario Hay chinches en la cama. Me picaron en los pies, manos, espalda, brazos e hice alergia horrible, tuve unas noches horribles… En mi habitación habían dos chicos, ellos se fueron, yo salí y cuando volví las camas de ellos estaban sin cambiar. A las 12 yo estaba sentada sin poder dormir esperando a que amaneciera para irme. Llegaron dos chicas a hospedarse y todas las camas de la habitación estaban sin cambiar, yo les conté de los chinches y ellas se fueron. Como solo te dan las claves de acceso y no tienes contacto con alguien del hospedaje no tuve a quien contarle. Es lejos de la parte turística.

Me and my family visited Quebec City. We booked the room for two nights but after staying one night I had to moved another place because my kids got severely bed bugs bite. I have proof if you want I can send pictures. The bed is wooden that is breeding place of bed bugs. There is only one washroom in the floor. There are 4 rooms. If up to four people live in a room 1 washroom for 10 to 16 people is not enough. Huge line up in the morning. I choose the accommodation by the name of international house hostel. Actually it is around 100 years old wooden house. Please remove the house from your list otherwise it will deteriorate the credibility of booking. com
