Mosaikon Glostel

Location was perfect, staff were welcoming and great, rooftop view was nice (even though under construction), and the place looked very good. There were unfortunately bed bugs in my bed, so I’m covered with red spots on my arms and chest. That’s basically the only thing that ruined my hole experience.

Vriendelijk personeel, leuke vibe De matras was doorlegen. Er zat een kuil in. Het bed was ook nogal kort. En ik heb beten die niet van muggen zijn… (vlooien of bedwantsen?) Daarnaast waren er ook twee ramen kapot.

I had booked the eight-person dormitory but it felt so uncomfortable so I decided to move to a single room of another apartment operated by the owner of the mosaikon and used it. but bedbugs came out, and I threw away a number of things and spent time and money for quarantine. But the Mosaikon owner insists that there is no bedbug. I leave the decision to everyone by attaching a picture. 여기 후기 좋던데 사장 마인드가 쓰레깁니다. 분명히 베드버그고, 한국돌아와서 급하게 공항 병원에 가서 진단받았는데 베드버그 물림있었고, 첨부한 사진 의사쌤 피셜 빈대 맞다고 확인받았는데도 발뺌합니다.

Perfectly located, right after the Monastiraki Square, i’ve never felt unsafe as a solo female traveler. I’ve seen many comments about bed bug problems about other hostels in Athens and i’d been really worried about it, but luckily this place was excellently clean, including the bathoom’s sanitation. I can say that it was such an luxurious experience for an hostel. Air conditioning was harsh a bit i got sick 😭😭
