I was very disappointed about the hygiene in the room, especially the bathroom. We were provided poor service from the staff and they had an attitude and is a sign of bad costumer service. Its embarrassing that they had a course how to help and provide good customer service and failed miserably. However it was founded bedbugs in our room. This is unacceptable and is something to be fixed ASAP! :(

Some guests may have left a lingering smell in the rooms. An air conditioning or an air freshener should be best to sort it, as the windows didn't help. I was in another room on my final night, and woke up at around 2-3 am feeling some itches on my body, and found some signs of bug bites. Reported to staff and got an apology.

There might have been bed bugs... Way too overpriced for what you're getting. Still quite far from the centre. The corridors looked like prison, dark and dirty. The overall look is very outdated. The walls are thin. The shower kept switching from hot to cold to hot by itself..

Hemos tenido la peor experiencia posible. Habíamos reservado 5 noches y después de la segunda nos dimos cuenta de que había chinches, que nos acribillaron a picaduras. Uno de los empleados inspeccionó la habitación y nos confirmó que encontró restos de sangre seca. Cuando hablamos con la encargada del hotel, a quien enseñamos las picaduras, la respuesta que recibimos fue absolutamente lamentable. Nos dijo que el hotel estaba lleno y que no nos podía cambiar de habitación. Hasta ahí, podría entender la situación si nos hubiera ofrecido alguna solución, pero no fue así. En lugar de tratar de ayudarnos a encontrar otro alojamiento, su actitud fue prepotente y arrogante, completamente impropia de alguien en un puesto de atención al cliente. No mostró ni una pizca de empatía ni profesionalidad. Solo nos ofreció una solución de alcohol desinfectante. Lo más indignante fue que, a pesar de la situación insalubre y de decirle que íbamos a marcharnos de este hotel, ya que no estábamos dispuestos a seguir allí, se negó rotundamente a reembolsarnos el dinero de las 5 noches pagadas por adelantado. Después de muchas discusiones, solo conseguimos una devolución de las 3 noches no utilizadas y esto solo fue posible tras insistir con una reclamación a las oficinas centrales de la cadena hotelera. Para colmo, algunos empleados nos confesaron que los problemas con chinches habían sido recurrentes, lo que nos hace cuestionar aún más la falta de medidas de prevención y solución por parte de la dirección. Es evidente que la política de este hotel y de esta cadena hotelera es ignorar cualquier problema que pueda surgir. Desaconsejamos totalmente este hotel, no solo por las condiciones deplorables de la habitación, sino por la absoluta falta de gestión y atención al cliente. Si valoras tu salud y tranquilidad, busca otro lugar donde alojarte.

BED BUGS!!!!!! All beds were invested with bed bugs and my friend suffered bites all over her body. More than 100 bites. We did not even get a refund or cancellation even though we left one night earlier and they promised us at the reception that at least half of the amount could be returned. After leaving Copenhagen, they did not even bother to follow up and up till today the issue is not resolved. Completely ruined our Copenhagen experience!

Our room was dirty. Our bedsheets were dirty. The hallway smells bad. The shower was dirty. The toiletpaper holder was dirty with poo. We waked up with a bed bug walking on the wall. When we smashed it it was full of blood. We got no help or the money back. We was supposed to stay there for two nights but left after the first.
