Absolutely — here’s a shorter version that still covers everything clearly: ⸻ Great location and incredibly kind, helpful staff who gave us great local tips. Sadly, the private room I stayed in wasn’t clean. I woke up with a dozen bug bites, and the bed had hairs, dirt, toenails and what looked like bugs. It seemed the sheets hadn’t been changed. Staff were wonderful, but cleanliness needs improvement.

Not a bad place to rest up, staff was amazing but the hostel could use a fresh up.

Auberge propre, avec équipement neuf bon emplacement et équipe vraiment disponible. Cependant on ne retrouve pas vraiment l'ambiance des auberges de jeunesse. Cela n'est pas la faute de l'auberge mais les personnes avec qui nous partageons notre chambre n'avaient pas le respect des autres. Impossible de dormir. Lumière allumé en plein milieu de la nuit pendant plusieurs minutes ect... Le seul bémol est que ce genre de lieu neuf n'attire pas des gens avec l'esprit du collectif et de l'�...

Unfortunately, even after a few discussions with staff…could not get the aircon working which made for a really uncomfortable stay. rooms are very basic and the accom is not in an ideal location for exploring naples as a tourist. The staff and breakfast was lovely though!

el mayor problema eran los baños, demasiado comunitarios (pensé que eran compartidos entre los miembros del hostel) lo que hacía que siempre estuvieran MUY sucios

It’s a nice hostel in itself but way way too far from the center and there is nothing around. I really don’t recommend this hostel if you’re staying only for few days in Napoli cause it’s considerably gonna impact your travel and make it harder to visit the city properly.

Solid hostel. Good AC, comfy beds, clean sheets, lockers (which could be improved) in unit restrooms. Not as social when I stayed but they have nightly events, could be better maybe I stayed at an off time. No privacy curtains, such a simple thing to incorperate to improve experience.

Auberge très sympa, la chambre est grande, le jardin est super agréable et le petit déj top ! On peut facilement se faire à manger, et il y a largement assez de salles de bains pour tout le monde. Il faut 20-30 minutes en tout pour aller dans le centre de Naples, en prenant le métro.

This is an excellent hostel. The staff are extremely helpful & polite. There's a kitchen. The facility is very clean & having a metro nearby is a big positive.

La Controra Hostel Naples is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Spacious rooms and clean facilities. I liked the added amenities of breakfast and dinner Would recommend

El sitio no está nada mal tomando en cuenta el precio incluye desayuno, la limpieza deja que desear más que nada en áreas comunes. Mi problema fue que al llegar la chica que estaba (Lulú) se ha sacado una historia larga para darme una habitación compartida de literas cuando mi reserva era de habitación privada, a la mañana siguiente Roberto muy diligente me ha resuelto y hecho un reembolso parcial por el inconveniente.

Tolles Hostel in Neapel, mit einem kleinen Garten im Hof für bisschen Ruhe. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist relativ groß, es gibt sogar Sojamilch.

Super hostel ! L'emplacement est vraiment top ! Tres proche du métro (ligne qui va à la gare centrale), le chemin pour aller au centre ville presente une vue magnifique sur Naples et sur le Vesuve. Le quartier est animé ce qui le rend secure pour les femmes à n'importe quelle moment de la journée (je rentrait vers 19-20h de nuit en décembre et je ne me suis jamais sentie en insécurité) La propreté de l'hôtel est vraiment super. Et le personnel est TOP ! MERCI BEAUCOUP !

Such a nice place to stay close to Napoli historical center! I had a great time there! Staff is very easy-going and will make you very comfortable! Well-equipped common places make it very easy to meet people and have some good time! A lot of the staff do speak French as well! Thank you very much for the wonderful experience! :-)

I think it was very cute and very calming if you ever get overwhelmed a little by Naples’ lovely but exhausting chaos. Everything and everyone was nice, we didn’t have a negative experience at all.

Great hostel! Staff were kind, breakfast was great and it was good location, safe and overall good vibes! Would recommend!

Super accueil, ambiance géniale, mais la nuit est difficile avec tout ce bruit dans les rues de Naples… Aussi, je crois qu’il faudrait mettre des tapis de bain pour la sortie de la douche et laver les rideaux de douche. Sinon, les lits sont super, le petit déjeuner très bien et le staff incroyable !

Hostel is located very close to the Metro station which is convenient. Staff are great, very helpful and friendly. I stayed in both the dorm and private room, both were good. Definitely recommend dorm more. Shared showers and toilets were all really clean, room is clean and other visitors were cool. Private room had lovely ensuite and was spacious, but didn't have wifi all over the room which was a pain. I didn't try the breakfast or dinner so can't comment on the food.

OMG! i had such an amazing time here, the staff were amazing and friendly and the area was close to the main square but also a few metro stops away from the train station which is always a good thing! I felt incredibly safe the dorms were clean and the showers were hot! I had the best time in Napoli and La Controra was a big part of that!

One of the best hostels I had stay on

Easily reached by metro from napoli centrale and the center Good breackfast and very friendly multilingual staff. Good size lockers ensuit and fantastic garden to relax. Hot water in showers was flowing hot 24 hours. Big kitchen well equiped to prepare your meals. Near by are good options for pizza and supermarket.

Staff were helpful

Friendly staff, great facilities with many bathrooms to use, decent breakfast (eggs were a bit weird), daily deals at the bar, free luggage storage, kitchen, space to sit indoors and outdoors, comfortable bed, hot showers, decent wifi. In the room, the traffic is quite loud.

Très grand hostel avec un bar et un petit dîner à bas prix tous les soirs. Machine à laver + sécher sur place à 7€
