Hotel en el centro de Santiago, a 5 minuros de la zona Vella. Edit: Me veo en la necesidad de actualizar mi reseña ya que al volver del viaje me di cuenta que me han picado las chinches en el hotel. La cama de mi casa se ha llenado de chinches de las cosas que he traído conmigo y ahora estoy sufriendo una reacción alérgica de alto riesgo por las picaduras. No puedo dormir ni trabajar del picor y la molestia que esto me ha ocasionado. Aunque mi estadía ha sido muy buena estoy profundamente decepcionada de que no cumplan con los estándares mínimos de limpieza. Por favor, no se hospede aquí si no quiere terminar en urgencias como yo.

Generally a nice hotel that presents well. The bathrooms are a bit dated with a few signs of mold but nothing alarming. The rooms were clean but did show some signs of bed bug activity. It's is unclear if it was from a previous issue that may be resolved. Regardless, I looked at two rooms and decided not to stay for my own peace of mind and senative skin. The staff were understanding and I was refunded the other two days I had intended to stay but not the day checked in because in their words “they have two rooms they couldn't sell tonight.” Take that however you will I guess. A wash of an experience. I'm sure this hotel has its good moments. And is a good choice for the right traveler.

A malformação dos rececionistas! Tivemos de trocar de quarto 4 vezes ! Sujidade! Infestação de insetos( percevejos)! Inundação no quarto ! Odor

BEDBUGS. INSECTOS DE LA CAMA. CHINCHES. Whatever way you want to say it, I received them from this hotel and had terrible bites across my arms, legs, and neck for several weeks afterward. How do I know it was bedbugs? I saw the telltale signs of them on the bed the morning after I woke up, and went to a doctor who confirmed it. I had to put all my bags and clothes in plastic bags for a month, and had to deal with itchy red spots for a week. Please, please save yourself the trouble and headache and do not stay here. Heaven forbid you don't notice and then bring an infestation home. It's not worth taking a gamble on the off chance you won't get them--if one bed in the hotel has them, the whole place must. Stay somewhere else in this beautiful city.

El colchón de mi habitación tenía chinches, me desperté cubierta de picaduras y tuve que gastarme un dinero en desinfectar todas mis cosas. No ofrecieron ninguna compensación por la falta de higiene de la habitación.

Tuvimos un problema de chinches pero nos lo solventaron al momento, volvería a alojarme aquí.

Room was dirty with bed bugs, you’re basically paying for the location not the facilities.
