Juste petit bémol, il y avait des punaises de lit dans la chambre… je me suis retrouvé avec des boutons ( morsures) pendant plusieurs jours.

Bedbugs, cleanliness, smelly, run down conditions

Des punaises de lit, repérées assez rapidement donc nous avons changé de chambre mais cela a gâché notre séjour. Ménage qui laisse à désirer notamment dans la salle de bain.

Where can l start, meals were terrible took over an hour for soups or often forgoten breakfast toasters dont wk Bed bugs found in mattress's , wrong charges on accounts when paying and l pay daily for this not occur We stayed last yr and it was fine this year taking friends was an emassasing will never recomend or stay there again after 13yrs will be lookinf somewhere else.

Malheureusement le personnel n’a pas été très agréable… et on sent le manque d’organisation pour la restauration. Le buffet n’est pas bon, pas frais et toujours vide. Nous avons eu des punaise de lit dans notre chambre. Aucun geste de la part de l’hôtel. Uniquement un changement de chambre. Nous avons également perdu notre carte de chambre. Ce qui est facturé et c’est normal. Mais la c’est 50$ !! Pour une carte magnétique qui coûte maximum 10€. De plus, même après avoir payé 50$, l’hôtel n’a pas été capable de nous donner une nouvelle carte… nous avons fini notre séjour en passant par le balcon. Très déçu

Mould, bed bugs, very very noisy! We paid for an ocean view room, and were given a garden view room Then, the staff wanted us to move rooms after 3 nights, and spend 6 hours without a room! Horrible soloist on Sunday night. Terrible music

I came back and found out I was bitten by bed bugs so if you stay there just be careful to keep checking your mattress

Chambre démodé, salle de bain vétuste lit, infesté de punaises de lit malgré le passage de la femme de chambre, très gentille, une fois tous les deux jours

Our bed had bedbugs and didn't end up staying and went back to the first resort we were vacationing at in the middle of the night. Luckily we made good friends with the previous resort workers that they kindly picked up my partner and I and booked us back into our rooms. We asked for a refund which we received on the last day we were leaving Fiji in cash. A bit annoying as we came back twice to sort our refund out as it wasted time on our holiday. The receptionist were unprofessional and didn't know what they were doing. Their communication skills were poor. Not a very warm welcoming when we stepped foot onto the resort. Wouldn't come back to this resort.

Bed Bug Infestation, moved to another oom after midnight with our 2yr old. Didn't go back to sleep. Checked out and asked for our money back, was told to email them and they couldn't give us a refund then and there. Emails don't work, keeps coming back to me. Poor communication snd feeling upset.

One of the Bure had bed bugs which took the gloss off the holiday.the staff did try to clean up etc
