Hostel was very pretty, and the manager was nice and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room was still under construction with no curtains anywhere and no lockers. In my opinion, this hostel is the best example of how reviews can be misleading these days! We are a couple traveling through Thailand. Before arriving we were looking for a nice first place to stay and acclimitize. Therefore, we checked many hostels and due to the good reviews we booked the yard hostel. If you want to get infected with bed bugs, go there. This is my leg after one night staying there on my second day in Thailand. I reported it and they only changed the sheets. So it’s still there :)

really nice place, love the rooms and the vibe is great. however i think the place is very overpriced for what you get compared with other hostels in bangkok. Cannabis free hostel if thats important to you either way

If you pay more than around 700 baht for a private room in Bangkok it is a tourist trap. You pay double or triple the normal price when staying in this place. Nice atmosphere but they have hens making loud noise at night and when people walk past your room it sounds like they are inside your room. Friendly staff.
