+ The Staff are nice.

- The room is so smelly, and not properly cleaned I was not expecting much but atleast they could have done better in cleaning, toilets,room and the hall is dirty.. and I literally saw bed bugs in my bunk bed was wondering I was scratching all night. Sorry but the stay wasn’t great.

+ Der Loudry Shop ist zwar praktisch aber genau im Eingangsbereich. Gepäckaufbewahrungsraum..und selbst da gab es gar keine Kontrolle bzw Aufsicht

- Es war im Hostel laut. Die Klima übertrieben kalt. Haben extra ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht um zu entspannen. Richtig klein, keine Sitzmöglichkeit, Aussicht im Hinterhof gegen Regenrinnen und RAUCHVERBOT. Also komplett unnötig. Allgemein gibt es keinen Raucherbereich im ganzen Hostel. Rezeption schickt dich vor die Tür auf die Straße wo ein Schild mit Rauchverbot hängt.

- 1. ผนังห้องบาง ไม่เก็บเสียง ได้ยินเสียงนักท่องเที่ยวจีนเดินคีบแตะมาตามทางเดิน ขนาดอยู่ห้องในๆของชั้น 1 ยังได้ยินเสียงรถที่อยู่ด้านนอกเข้ามาถึงในห้อง 2. นักท่องเที่ยวไม่มีมารยาทและส่งเสียงดังตลอดทั้งคืน (ตี 1- ตี2) อาจจะเกินความรับผิดชอบของทางโรงแรม แต่ควรมีป้ายเตือนให้งดใช้เสียง ประกอบกับผนังห้องบางทำให้ได้ยินเสียงนอกห้องชัดมาก แค่เสียงเปิด-ปิดประตูยังได้ยิน 3. ถ้วยชาสกปรก มีฝุ่นติดอยู่ตรงจานรองและภายในถ้วย 4. ไวไฟหลุดบ่อยๆ 5G ใช้ไม่ได้เลย

- the feeling of living hostel is quite terrible, I saw cockroach several times, which really scared me, after I changed the bed, I still found cockroaches 🥲🥲, and the bedsheets have a big hole even though I changed the bed🥲

- Encontré cucarachas encima de mi cama, en el suelo y en la pared. Después de matar una y llevarla a recepción, ni se disculparon. Pésima respuesta del hostal. Se desentienden.

+ The guest house was under construction so when I entered the building at the front I banged my head because the height was about 1.6 meters high. The room was a very small room with 6 beds but with hardly any room for people to move about . The fitted sheet was not fitted and kept becoming lose .

- 1.周遭太吵。旅舍在交通要道旁边，一到晚上，为了早日转世投胎，周围的摩托车都不要命地飞飙。建筑又一点隔音不做，和睡大街没有区别。 2.服务态度很差。一进门，那位黑框眼镜🤓的女士就显示出她长期皱眉撇嘴练就的脸部肌肉，对顾客的态度是一种敕令式的厉声。看评论区，早有人对该店的服务态度有所怨言，特别是当有问题出现的时候（例如丢失房卡，罚300泰铢。我想的是，你要罚就罚，你龟儿在那里发什么脾气？），那一脸的愠色、嫌弃、嗔怒是毫不掩饰的，这个我也是见识到了。时刻铭记，如果老子付钱，那么老子就是上帝，你别给老子在那里装大爷！ 3.洗澡间没有挂物架，很容易把干净衣服摔到地下。 总之，这是我第一次在booking上刻意给差评。不知道怎么把评分刷到8.3的，我不能苟同。愿早日整改，否则迟早倒闭。

- Location is far to walk to anything, room is really small no place for bags, bad water pressure

- The whole room is filled with smells of mould when we enter. We can’t bear with it, or stay inside of it. We have to leave the door open, leave the ac on, and then we have to leave so the room is bearable later. I don’t know how they have kinda good reviews with this situation.And the ac air fun on the balcony is extremely loud. Even with earplug is very hard to sleep.

+ 便利な場所で、近くに食べるところもいろいろあります。 お部屋もきれいで使いやすかったです。

- 地下鉄の工事中なので、だいぶうるさかったです。 トイレとシャワーの間にカーテンや仕切りがないので、シャワーを浴びると床全体が濡れてしまいます。 フロントやドミトリーのあるビルと、個室のあるビルが中でつながっているのですが、二つのビルのフロアにすこし段差があり、斜面になった短い廊下を上らないと、個室へ行けません。 元気な人はまったく問題ないと思いますが、車椅子や、ヒールのある靴や、足が弱い人はつらいかも。

+ L'hôtel est propre, les salles de bains et toilettes le sont également. Il dispose d'un ascenseur. The hotel is clean, as are the bathrooms and toilets. It has an elevator. El hotel está limpio, al igual que los baños y aseos. Dispone de ascensor.

- L'hôtel ne dispose d'aucun espace commun. Les chambres sont très petites, sans rangement suffisant : les armoires ne permettent pas d'y glisser les valises, qui se retrouvent donc en plein milieu de la pièce. J'ai eu la mauvaise idée de payer en cash plutôt que via Booking. M'étant trompé dans le nombre de nuits, j'ai demandé à annuler une nuit car j'avais un avion, refus catégorique sous prétexte que le paiement avait déjà été effectué. J'ai alors proposé d'utiliser cet argent pour passer en chambre privée plutôt que de me rembourser, ils ont refusé et m'ont demandé de payer trois fois le prix initial. Le personnel a été très désagréable dès qu'il a réalisé que j'avais payé directement et n'a fait preuve d'aucune flexibilité. Pour finir, la rue en face de l'hôtel est en travaux, ce qui génère un bruit considérable. The hotel has no common area. The rooms are very small with barely any storage space : the wardrobes are too narrow for suitcases, which end up in the middle of the room. I made the mistake of paying cash instead of through Booking. Having booked one night too many, I asked to cancel one since I had a flight, they flatly refused, claiming the payment had already been made. I then offered to put that money towards a private room instead of a refund, but they declined and asked me to pay three times the original price. The staff was very unpleasant as soon as they realized I had paid directly and showed no flexibility whatsoever. On top of that, the street in front of the hotel is under construction, causing considerable noise. El hotel no dispone de ninguna zona común. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y con poco almacenamiento : los armarios no tienen espacio para las maletas, que acaban en medio de la habitación. Cometí el error de pagar en efectivo en lugar de hacerlo a través de Booking.

+ Very modern bathrooms compared to other hostels of the same value. Very good dorms w curtains.

- Construction on Site made very difficult to get access to Hostel by walk w extreme Luggages. It will remain like that for the next 3 years at least.

+ Good value for money and nice staff.

- Very noisy in the hallway every night till very late so hard to sleep. People running around, slamming doors and screaming.

+ I liked the comfy bed, and lobby area is great.

+ Hostel was located in a strategic area. It's close to malls and other shopping area. Stayed at the mixed dormitory and it was spacious plus quiet. They have a lift and laundry machines too which is a plus. Also they change the towels everyday. Would definitely come back next time I'm in Thailand

- Please be aware that there's construction going around the area hence the heavy traffic but its not something that the hostel can control anyways.

+ The location is an 8-minute walk from Ratchatewi BTS and also 20-min from Siam and Pratunam area which is good if you are in Bangkok to shop

- No mirror in the room! Having a mirror in the room will be life changing as I need to go to toilet repeatedly to do my makeup and the toilet is hot so I get sweaty while getting ready
