   Terrible experience – dirty rooms, awful smell, and shocking service. Avoid at all costs. Fake reviews for sure!!!! מלון מהגרועים שהיינו בו בויאטנם, אפילו אי פעם. חדר כלכך מלוכלך, מלא חרקים בכל מקום, על האסלה, בכיור, על הבגדים!!. החדר מלא בלכלוך על הקירות, עובש ורטיבות ופשוט גועל נפש. המצעים והמגבות היו מלאי כתמים דוחים. פשוט לא להגיע, אין שום דימיון לתמונות. מאמינה שכל הביקורות הטובות מזויפות!!

   A very bad-smelling room, and I was moved to another one, but it wasn’t any better. The facilities are extremely old and worn out. The toilet is so old that it’s even cracked, looking dirty. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work at all, so I couldn’t work. The staff are just trying to do their jobs rather than genuinely caring. The other positive reviews are all fake be cautious when booking this hotel

   This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty, with a strong smell of mold that made it very hard to breathe. Staying inside the room felt unhealthy and uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff behavior was terrible no help, no understanding, and absolutely no support. Be aware of the fake positive reviews if you wanna see the truth see the lowest reviews and you’ll be chocked by seeing the pictures.

   The hotel is very basic, yet priced close to a 4-star level. The reception is mostly staffed by students, many of whom don’t seem very engaged. The male staff appeared more professional than the female staff. Special thanks to Kay at the front desk for helping resolve an issue with my package. Rooms are poorly ventilated, and the "deluxe" room has a large panoramic window but no proper windows to open for fresh air - only a small one in the bathroom. Because of this, there is a constant damp, musty smell in the room. Soundproofing is poor, and noise from other rooms and outside can be easily heard. Security is also questionable. Another guest was somehow able to open our room with their key card. My glasses, which I left on a table near the reception, also went missing. The location is decent, especially since it was new to me, and the river view is nice — but that’s where the positives end. I also deducted an extra star for what appears to be artificially inflated positive reviews. This was my second stay, and most likely the last one at the Haviland hotel chain.
