All day hostel @ BTS Bang Chak

+ Nothing, everything was horrible

- Booked a double room for 3 nights. At first glance looked 'like at the picture'. At the second glance it was visible that the room is very dirty and unhygienic and 'broken'. Yellow bedsheets, black long hair everywhere, some mold in the bathroom, water damage on the ceiling. The sockets are half broken and dangerous to use. I was fooled by relatively good rating on booking and didn't investigate further, I should have! We couldn't stay there and leaved during the first night. For us this room was unlivable. It was cheap, it is true, but belive me, better pay a little bit more and enjoy a pleasant stay, never come here. If I could choose again, I wouldn't have for sure. Also, in addition to dirt, every couple of minutes some strange and extremely loud sound appeared, I don't think it is possible to sleep there. And we found some insects crawling up the wall where the water damage was (looked like worms or caterpillars). When we left the hostel during the night, there was already another key in the key box. I think we were not the only people freaked out by the state of the room/property, who decided to leave in the middle of the night. I would like to get a compensation for the 2 nights we didn't stay there, but my messages to the hostel stay unteplied.

+ Je suis vraiment déçu de l'établissement il y avait des coupures de courant il y avait pas de réceptionniste l'atelier c'était tout une histoire pour avoir l'image je vous recommande à personne

+ First I came inside and the staff were so funfriendly nothing was manning well there! It smells so bad there and get very bad vibe of the place. Whole building was smelling dirty. Came to girls dorm the matras was so hard and it was so so dirty and not clean. I waste my money there and booked a hotel. Such bad experience don’t come here and safe your money

- Everything was horrible

- I notified them that I'd be arriving late, which was agreed to. Still no one was there to let me in. Luckily a guest came back late so I could enter. Very smelly room. Bed had already been used. Garbage in the room, bathroom, etc.

- keine Seife im WC (auch mehrere Std und am daraufgolgenden Morgen) meine Ankündigung war vei der Ankunft, fehlendes WC Papier, von 2 Wasserhanen sind zwei defekt, nicht benutzbar auch am daraufgolgenden Morgen nicht. sehr schlecht

- The Bathroom soo dirty with Broken Mirrors..

+ L’emplacement proche du BTS, un 7eleven au pied de l’hostel, un local market à 100m 
le quartier est calme, les chambres spacieuses, la salle de bain est grande aussi il y a de l’eau chaude. Le staff plutot arrangeant. Les espaces sont grands et agréables dans l’ensemble. L'hotel est bien sécurisé avec des badge pour entrer, et double porte sécurisée la nuit.

- L’hygiène. La « cuisine » est a la limite de l’insalubrité, les murs sont recouverts de projection de nourriture. Les tables ne sont pas nettoyées. il y a très peu d'équipement. La bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas. 

 en 4j je n’ai vu qu'une personne faire le ménage une seule fois. Un ménage approximatif. Par une personne qui dormait dans ma chambre. 

 Le wifi est très mauvais dans les étages, il faut travailler depuis le lobby. qui est bruyant car quelqu’un qui est à l’accueil parle fort et ça résonne.
 
partout dans l’hôtel il y a des choses entassées, sous l’escalier et dans la « buanderie » ou les machines ont l’air hors service. Une pièce au fond du lobby qui pourrait être un espace de co working mais toujours fermé et inutilisé. 

 peu de gens se parlent, chacun est dans sa bulle. je pensais pouvoir faire des rencontres dans un hotel si grand (26 chambres dont de nombreux dorm)

- There's a booger on the wall. 🤮 Pleade make sure to have the wall cleaned as well.

+ Accessibility.. Near in Bts station and the 7/11 was just outside.

+ Transportation: The hostel is ideally located near Bang Chak Station, making commuting very easy. Convenience: It is very convenient to travel to other places. There are 7-Elevens everywhere nearby, and major supermarkets like Lotus's and Century The Movie Plaza are just one stop away at On Nut. Value for Money: It offers a fair price, and the accommodations are worth the stay. The kitchen is also well-equipped with a fridge and a microwave.

- Staff: Some of the staff members were not very friendly or welcoming. Cleanliness: There was a noticeable smell in the toilets; I believe they should be cleaned daily to maintain hygiene. Room Service: I am unsure if room service is even provided, as it was not clearly communicated.
