HI - Vila do Conde Youth Hostel

After staying the night we found a bedbug crawling on the wall. Also we had many bites all over our body. We reported the problem at the reception, so hopefully they will clean the dorm.

Jó helyen van és aranyos szállás, tiszta és rendezett közös terek. A konyha teljesen felszerelt és a lift a másodikra igazi ajándék. Törölköző és kispárna mellett másra nem is volt szükség. A éjszakás/hajnali recepciós rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt, köszönöm. Bed bugs...sajnos másodjára is sikerült a lábamat szétcsipkedniük, tavaly is így jártam. Illetve a szobában extra meleg volt egész éjszaka, a szellőzés nem megoldott, szauna. Hajnalban inkább tovább indultam.

BEDBUGS! Hostel seams to be fine, before you realise that there is a bedbugs! I had to change it to another hotel as it was 5pm already, no much places to go. Still didn’t receive the refund! Abd they totally ignore my complain! BEDBUGS!

Bedbugs!!!!!!

There were bedbugs in our room. The staff pretended not to know and later admitted that they were informed of the infestation. We asked to get a refund as we needed to relocate. They told us not to contact booking and ask for a refund directly from that but that it would not be guaranteed. Have not heard from them since asking for a refund.

BED BUGS!!! Staff seemed unphased when I showed them the bed bug I found and had no plans to do anything about it. Also the showers are totally see through.

One of the best hostels I would say with nice place for breakfast, kitchen and common space. The whole building is a museum. I think I got bed bugs there though I know they have cleaned my bed very well it seems unavoidable on Camino.

No bed bugs, great breakfast and comfy beds.
