- The zostel is situated at very steep location. The taxi charges too much for the same. Also 150 metre walking road is very small and fully broken.

+ The property is away from mass crowd, has nice views. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Met some very nice people.

+ Great place to stay in old manali, the rooms where clean, the view was great, nice garden and a helpful staff.

- The way to the hostel was a bit hard to find and not very convenient with luggage

- Communication skills could have been warm
