Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place , staff were really rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. For example I complained as the electric shower charger socket wasn’t working and I knew my charger was fine as tried it on another one and worked well. And the staff member was so rude and made it out to be my fault when it wasn’t. Then woke up another traveler that was sleeping. Like you genuinely shouldn’t do that he’s paid money to stay there you don’t wake someone up. Then asked have I used his pocket socket well obviously not when it’s not my bed and he’s asleep not going to wake him up 🤦🏼‍♂️. Then there was no hot water in the shower very frustrating. Lastly and the worst I had a very early start and I didn’t sleep in my bed as had bed bites so slept in the lower bed . Didn’t think it would be a problem seeing as no one was there and I had bed bites I thought it wouldn’t be a problem . I went downstairs to checkout the staff were still asleep when really they should be actually available to help before you leave. So I tried to call the number that was on the wall no reply at all. So I had to wake him up he was very rude closed the door in my face. When I asked for my deposit he said you wait here . Went up to my room and said you in big trouble I said why he said you slept in the wrong bed . I said yeah because it had really bad bed bugs and I didn’t want to sleep in a bed full of bed bugs/ and he said there wasn’t any acting like it’s my fault when it wasn’t. I wasn’t going to make something up🤦🏼‍♂️ then said you could have told someone well I tried and everyone was asleep what else do you want me to do 🤷🏼. He said I need to call my boss like it’s not even a big deal how a slept on a different bed big deal. Took ages to give my money back eventually did. But said can’t have it because we need two ringo from you I said no. You owe me 28 and I’m having it now he chucked it at me . And I’m now making it clear how bad this place is. And how they treat there customers very bad. And I’m not the only one that thinks it . There is 3 people in that hostel that is doing a complaint on how bad and they got treated so just shows it’s not just me. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSTEL. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE SHIT!!! I’m MAKING IT CLEAR

Bed Bugs.

Les lits du haut n’ont pas de rideau contrairement à ceux du bas.. et le personnel allume la lumière tard la nuit pour les nouveaux arrivants… deux nuits ici et aucune reposante.. (ventilo et Clim bruyant). La chambre 22 donne sur la rue donc bruit de voiture (même avec les bouchons d’oreilles ont entend pas mal). Les sanitaires se ferme mal voir même pas du tout pour les toilettes de la chambre. Très peu souvent de papier toilette dans les toilettes. Propreté correcte si on n’est pas exigent mais lit sale (+ une punaise de lit). Le rooftop pourrait être simpa s’il était aménagé (uniquement quelques chaises éparpillées)

The bed is terribly uncomfortable. The mattress so bad and the bed not only make so much noisy and moves so much but also after looking properly we could see it looks close to be broken anytime. We woke up with terrible back pain. Plus we felt so itchy in the bed (after I read may reviews about bed bugs) To be honest the bed shits looks clean and the room in general too but the itching all night....simply terrible. Plus our rooms faces a very busy main road (at night as well) so it was so noisy. So really terrible night l. And one of the towels was complety broken, shame they give a towel like that

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! BEDBUGS!! You won’t get a good rest and will be busy scratching all night instead. This place is cheap but very lack of maintenance and proper hygiene!! Stay elsewhere anywhere is better than getting bitten by bedbug all night long!!

Bed bugs! Nightmare! Some possessions stolen! Staff/management unapologetic and unhelpful. They refused to cancel the rest of my booking, three nights. Of course, I checked out anyway.

Items stolen, only a very small locker provided. Bed bugs! A nightmare! Because of the above I wanted to cancel my reservation for the following three days. This was refused! No apology of any kind for the theft or the bed bugs. I, of course, checked out anyway, losing three nights accommodation.

Room is smelling every time. Also almost every bed have bed bugs. My friends body was so bad because of bed bugs. It’s also not clean. Worst hostel in my all travel

Bed bugs and dust mites are the main concern. We can't cook. No water dispenser at lobby. Common male toilet smell bad.

There are a few rooms with bedbugs and dust mites (d22) but the other doorms are fine and clean!

BED BUGS!! Stayed for one night then during the night I realised I was getting attacked by bed bugs (HUGE ONES) After telling the staff the first one laughed and the “manager” told me to take the bunk above After I refused they sent me to another room which had no aircon and stained bed sheets In the morning they refused to give me a refund and were all together not very sympathetic Absolutely terrible service

Hostel beds had huge bed bugs, staff refused to give me a refund after I was absolutely eaten by them, the only solution to the problem was I either go up a bunk or move to another room. Said room was not air conn and had stained sheets It’s an okay location but staff are very unprofessional and hygiene is quite low in general, couldn’t not recommend this place enough
