Alt Life - Manali

+ Location. Cleanliness.

- Service and promptness of the staff. Only two plug points in the room. Out of which one on bedside was not working. I waited for 3 hours for somebody to come and look at it and then i was told its too late and they will send an extension board!!!!!! When i asked i want one which can extend a bit, i was bluntly told, “we can only provide whatever we have”!! On top of it, the switch which was working, had common connection to lights and charging point and I had to sleep whole night with lights on as my gadgets were charging!!! PATHETIC.

+ I liked the Balcony view and Restaurant Menu variety. The staff were polite as well.

- Facilities were average. I was upgraded from 2nd floor to 3rd floor but was also offered 4th floor. There's little to no difference except balcony height. Constant power cuts with no power back up. Lift was not working mostly. Stairs climbing 3 floors everyday. Water issue in bathroom on last day.

+ The bed linens and blanket cover had some hairs and stains, so we had to ask the staff to replace them. Other than that, the rooms were clean and spacious.

- The reception guy was extremely impolite and lacked the manners to interact with the guests, and the staff was not very helpful. When we arrived at around 12, they gave us a room without electricity, but we refused, so they moved us to another room.

+ The heating pad in the bed was great, had a balcony, private parking, good staff, good toilet and hot water always, office chair and table in the room.

- Too far from shops, etc, and no blinkit in manali A heater would have been more comfortable that the heating pad on bed, since I had to sit and work.

+ The location, the building layout, the facilities, and the staff were amazing. When I picture a hostel to gel with other people, I picture this. I did not try cafe food, so no comments on that. Rooms were spacious.

- The room I stayed in had a washroom, which reeked of cigarettes. It's not a pleasant experience. Rest was very well maintained.

+ Я очень рада что остановилась именно в этом месте. Чудесное отношение персонала, помощь и поддержка по всем вопросам. Невероятный вид из окна на горы и реку. Я на 100% удаленщик, то есть вообще не в отпуске и один из важнейших критериев - возможность комфортно работать, и в этом отеле возможны разные варианты: можно как из номера (интернет достает, удобные стул и стол, а вид из окна просто невероятный), так и предусмотрена отличная коворкинг-зона. Интернет отличный, спокойно проводила zoom-встречи по работе. Расположение для меня тоже идеально - не в шумном центре, и в одинаковой удаленности от двух чудесных парков. Еда в отеле отличная, это прям спасало и снимало головную боль в плане питания - не приходилось думать куда сходить и что поесть) В общем, буду возвращаться в Манали - только в этот отель)

+ The river side rooms are better, the food and services were exceptional. The staff were really cooperative. helped with early checkin and late checkout

- Once the roads are rebuilt, the property will be better ascessay
