+ The view i like most

- There was no soap and hand wash liquid. That was disappointing.

+ Location, not far from the thermal baths. The decoration is good and is newly painted.

- While making the booking on the site: No advance payment, no credit card needed free cancellation. Just 5 minutes after the reservation received a message from the management of the property to deposit 30% in order to keep the reservation. I tried to cancel the reservation the next day they wanted 50% of the total amount for cancellation. I felt obliged to make my tour to this town. The bed sheets were dirty not even changed, One towel for 2 persons, I claimed they said that they give only one towel per room. During my stay the room was never cleaned, bed sheets were never replaced. With all my experiences in hotel bookings in India I have concluded never to trust the description or the photos( photoshop is being used). -Mountain View: on arrival I found that there was no window in the room. I didn't checked in and lost my advance last year. Be very careful.

- No heaters(It was super cold throughout the day and night) Flush was not working properly(No resolution instead of multiple complaints) Wi-fi was erratic

- price for the stay location is far away from old manali

+ There were hardly any other guests when we stayed so there was zero ambiance. The staff are friendly and helpful however they didn’t serve food, the kitchen was probably closed due to not enough guests. We did get a breakfast on our first morning but we felt it was a big ask… so we had breakfast outside for the other days. The rooms are Ok, nothing memorable and the mural paintings are bit too much.

+ 窓からの景色もよく、快適なドミトリー。 温泉も近い。スタッフも優しい。

+ The location is amazing with an incredible view. Really good restaurants around and the staff was very friendly. Especially the owner itself helped us a lot organising our trip! We even extended our stay because the hostel was nice and many things to do in Manali Thank you!

- They could provide some soap in the bathroom to wash your hands and cleaning of the rooms could be better if you stay many nights like we did

+ Le cadre est très agréable avec une superbe salle commune avec vue sur les montagnes ! L’emplacement est excellent ! Et les dortoirs tout à fait confortables !

- Seul bémol, le couvre feu à 11h30 !

+ Stanza grande con un bel terrazzo e una vista stupenda su Old Manali Wifi funzionante e doccia calda con getto potente Posizione buona a 10 minuti dal tempio di Vashist e dall'inizio della passeggiata verso la cascata

+ The location of this property is awesome.The staff was very polite and helpful. It's worth the money. I had a very good experience at the place.

- The only issue that I had was that the wifi was not working.
