- Seconda volta in questa struttura dopo un soggiorno positivo l’anno scorso, ma questa volta è stato un vero disastro. La stanza assegnata aveva l’affaccio su un palazzo vicinissimo che bloccava completamente la luce naturale, oltre a offrire una vista davvero sgradevole. La situazione è peggiorata durante la notte: l’aria condizionata emetteva un rumore fortissimo, rendendo impossibile dormire. Spegnerla, però, significava soffocare dal caldo. Dettagli che non dovrebbero mancare, come i bicchieri in bagno per gli spazzolini, erano assenti. Abbiamo segnalato il problema alla reception e ci è stata proposta un’altra stanza, ma presentava lo stesso identico problema di rumore. Purtroppo non posso consigliare questa struttura: allo stesso prezzo si trovano hotel molto più curati e attenti agli ospiti. Da evitare.

- 整體住起來正能說給他一顆心， 第一進房間熱死了， 冷氣不會先開也只會給一張房卡， 然後冷氣又不涼。 第二 房間照明有夠暗，根本盲人世界。 第三 隔音有夠差，一大早或是大半夜， 外面吵吵鬧鬧的 連關門都聽到。 第四 房間連衛生紙都沒有，熱水壺也沒有 冰箱也不冷。 第五 離地鐵站又遠，又在小巷弄。 周邊什麼都沒有 還有蟑螂差
+ Il peggior posto dove alloggiare! Un tugurio di puzza di fogna e invaso di insetti e scarafaggi! Lo sconsiglio! Mi stupisco di come Booking ha questi hotel se così lo si può chiamare! Ancora aspettiamo il rimborso da parte di Booking perche siamo andati via dal disagio! Mai visto un hotel del genere

- Por duas vezes consecutivas as toalhas que entregaram não estavam limpas. Quando apresentei a questão a um funcionário e pedi para falar com o gerente, este disse-me que teria que voltar no dia seguinte de manhã. Quando voltei à recepção para apresentar o meu desagrado ao gerente fui informada que por ser fim-de-semana não estaria disponível! Deixei uma queixa por escrito e não fui contactada em momento algum pelo hotel. A par disso, a casa de banho também não apresentava uma boa limpeza e até a maçaneta da porta ficou na minha mão ao tentar fechar a porta. Uma completa desilusão!

- Vreselijk hostel met planken stapelbedden en stukke lampjes vieze muren. Onze kamer was alleen via een keien pad door de bosjes te bereiken. Het was smerig en de kamer stonk naar riool. Gaten in de deuren. Wij zouden 2 dagen blijven maar zijn eerder weggegaan. Hele nacht mensen schreeuwen in de naastgelegen kamers. Zonde van het geld.
+ Our stay at Chern Hostel was marked by a series of terrible incidents that made it a real nightmare! Day 1 - Picture this: it's 1am and you're sleeping after a long day, when suddenly, strangers burst into your room. There were screams, a jump scare that nearly gave us a heart attack, you name it. It was guests from another room who had been erroneously given access. It was a total shock, and trying to get any sleep after that? Forget about it. The breach of security was alarming, and it shattered any trust we had in the hotel's ability to ensure our safety and privacy. It was an unforgivable mistake and a very distressing experience! After that, we were considering checking out of this hotel. However, because of the Songkran every other hotel in the area was fully booked. We were so on edge that we even resorted to placing items behind the door as a makeshift security measure, just to feel a bit safer and be alerted if someone tried to enter our room again while we were "sleeping" (see picture). It's a shame we had to take such precautions in a hotel! Something like that has never happened to us before!!!
- Day 2 - Before going to bed, the AC began leaking, with water dropping on our side and floor getting wet. When we contacted the reception, they informed us that no technician was available until the next day. Their solution? Move to another room for just one night. Given the events of the previous night, that wasn't an option we were comfortable with. No sleep again! Day 3 - We hoped they had fixed the AC issue during the day, however they didn't. It was actually worse. The receptionist offered us another room just for sleeping, while we leave our stuff in the leaky one. How can they expect us to leave our belongings in a room that clearly has safety issues? And why should we have to keep moving around like a game of musical chairs? It's ridiculous! The only way we found to get some sleep was to turn off the AC, leaving us to sweat it out in the 35-degree heat. Stress levels were through the roof. Then, just when we thought we could catch a break, at 9 AM, another bombshell. A staff member enters our room without knocking! Thankfully I was awake and screamed to let him know we were there. I mean, seriously, aren't they trained to knock and make sure guests aren't in the room before barging in? I believe it was finally the technician! Day 4 - It seemed like someone had been in our room to check on the AC, as the towels we had placed were rearranged. But guess what? The leaking started up again after a while. At that point, we were just so exhausted and had an early morning flight to catch, so we didn't even bother complaining again. We just turned off the AC and prayed for the quickest exit possible from that nightmare of a place. And to top it all off, the hotel management didn't even bother to reach out to us to apologize or offer any kind of compensation or refund. Not even a small gesture like breakfast or some extra amenities. It's like they couldn't care less about the ordeal we went through during our stay!!! TERRIBLE!

Great start to travelling, had a private room. Location was fab and pool was lovely.
Simple, good value for money property. Highlights being the comfort of the bed and the presence of a pool!

+ Lage ist gut. Personal ist nicht wirklich freundlich, finde es viel zu teuer, sind europäische Preise. Einige Familien waren auch dort, also gut. Pool is ok.
- Die Kissen müffeln total. Es wäre wichtig nicht nur den Bezug zu waschen sondern auch die Kissen oder sie zumindest zu wechseln.
