Hyde Park Hotel Bangkok

+ Absolutely terrible experience – our room was infested with bed bugs! We found 3-4 live bugs on the bed multiple times, and my wife’s foot was bitten badly (red swollen wound-like bite, see photos). We reported no hot water on arrival and were offered a room change, but after discovering the bugs we refused further stay. The hotel did nothing effective about the infestation. This is unacceptable hygiene and service – worst hotel ever, avoid at all costs! We left immediately to protect our health and belongings.

- バスタブ付きの部屋を写真を見て選んだのに、バスタブのない部屋に案内されたので、文句を言ったら、グレードアップだから別料金を請求されたから、バカタレと怒ったら、昨年10月に泊まった、バスタブ付きの同じ211号室に案内されたのですが、8ヶ月前とおなじでバスタブに穴が開いていて、お湯が漏れるのが未修理で、バスタブの栓を抜くと、バスルームの床にお湯が溢れ、閉口します。 ここの経営者はバカタレですので、もう泊まることはやめますが、26日からの3日間は予約済みだから仕方ないが、211号室はやめて欲しいです。

- 洗手间没有电源插座，吹头发要到客厅去。 没有针对带孩子的亲子客户提供相关服务。

+ The location was not bad.

- First of all the staffs there were very stingy with providing extra water when we asked for extra 2 more because we didnt want to drink the water cold from the fridge, so she asked us to exchange. Second, the reception door was always kept open therefore it is VERY NOISY (from other guests) that stays at the G floor. Thirdly, from the pictures shown on website has quite a big difference compared to reality.

- 水圧が弱すぎました。後、シャワーの温度調整が熱湯か水のどちからでした。 壁も薄いと感じました。

+ 1) Near 7-11, Food and self service Laundrette

- 1) Rooms allocated on the ground floor near the back exit 2) Noisy from guests in the middle of the night. Had to call reception to quiten them down 3) Shower power was slow and water from shower would flow out unto the bathroom floor making it a wet bathroom instead of a dry one 4) No security latch on the Doors. Had to use own door wedge for added security 3)

- The location was not good very far in the hotel. There is only few shops the and nothing else.

+ Il personale è gentile e la camera è pulita, ma l’aria era irrespirabile. l’odore di muffa era persistente probabilmente dovuta alla carta da parati che ricopriva 3/4 della stanza. La posizione non è bellissima ma è abbastanza comoda.

+ The hotel was clean and well-maintained. Essentials like toilet paper, toiletries and shampoo were regularly restocked. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

+ It was a great place, clean & the staff were nice. The location was very convenient to a lot of the markets & shopping areas.

- There was a lot of construction going on while we were there but it wasn’t a big issue.

+ Hôtel prêt du métro. Grands chambres très propres. Le café a volonté accompagné de petits gâteaux et fruits. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Relativement calme compte tenu du va et vient de nombreux clients plus ou moins respectueux des autres. Nous avons pu laisser nos gros bagages pendant 20 jours le temps de notre périple au Laos ce qui a été fort appréciable. Hôtel a recommander

- 第一天住宿晚上就完全沒熱水 下去櫃檯反應無法處理說要明天才有 只好打電話給booking客服協助處理 還好半小時後有熱水可以洗澡 第二天早還好要出門前也沒水了 真的不好的體會

+ Lage am Airport Link optimal. Für ein bis zwei Nächte völlig in Ordnung.

- WLAN absolut miserabel. Auch keine Nachbesserung. Beschwerden werden ignoriert. Generelle Kontaktaufnahme eher schleppend, teilweise auch keine Rückmeldung.
