    Bed Bugs, I checked in and paid 50RM in cash only to see that the room was not that clean and I tried to manage until bed bugs crawled on me, I killed few but there were more. Left the place and booked another one. Fixing up your stay/hostel problems will be better than replying to all the people who gives bad reviews for the bad rooms and saying they didn't stay there, fake review. Ignore this Stay place, if not you can suffer by yourself.

    *BEDBUGS* DO NOT STAY As of January 5th. I had to leave at 12am and get another hotel after finding 2 bedbugs crawling on me and the sheets. Upon returning to Birdsnest the next morning to collect my things, I informed Wandi (the only staff member on site) about the bedbugs I found with video proof. He proceeded to accuse me of bringing them from my previous accommodation. This was not possible, I had no prior bites. Wandi started behaving erratically, screaming and waving his hands in my face.

    BEDBUGS - DO NOT STAY!! Dishonest & immature staff, lied about refund. Worst experience I've ever had at a hostel. The place was infested with bedbugs, my boyfriend was completely covered in bites. When we complained the manager challenged me on whether there actually were bugs and sent me a screenshot of a tracker he had made for whether there were bed bugs in each room (definitely something you create when you don't have a bedbug problem, right?!). I sent him the videos of bugs & there are lots of other

    Beg is full of bed bugs. The receipt is drunk most of the time. He collected the money and cancel the booking. Such a awe full place to stay.

    We found a bedbug in the bed sadly enough, seeing a lot of other guests finding these as well. Best to stay away until they properly resolve this.

    Bed Bugs, Owner gets aggressive when you tell him about problems with your room. He even cancels your booking on website so that you can‘t write a review that‘s why the rating is so good. I can only write this review because i reached out to website to do something against his fake rating. But to be honest, if you like bedbugs and don‘t complain about anything he is friendly and the location is good. But the bugs were in almost every room. Lookup the google reviews.
