- Voelde me niet veilig en was ziek, bij een terugbetaling werd er niet mee gedacht aan enige oplossingen.

- 态度差，有歧视，要第二天要续住，当时有人退房，服务员确说没房，不耐烦挥手，说:go.意思不喜欢就走。可能因为昨晚飞机晚点，机场离市区远到了比较晚，印度族服务员被打扰睡觉，语言沟通不畅，有不耐烦。第二天另一个印度族服务员在早上9点钟特意提醒12点退房，说因为满了不能再住。服务态度是住宿的项目之一…

- If you are a solo female traveller I highly advise DO NOT stay here. It's an apartment ran by a few men who also live in the "hostel" I was the only female in the apartment and several men were in the common area starring at me a lot and I felt very uncomfortable especially in such tight quarters. I left the same day I checked in. The idea of sleeping or showering in an apartment filled with 7 men as a solo female freaked me out. Pay a bit more for a nicer place and peace of mind!

+ Nothing. Staff are rude and look suspicious. Not stay to safe.

+ Bed was ok but very squeaky specially at night.

- I was robbed of all my money which I had kept in the locker provided by the place with a key, so I felt safe and left my valuables incl all my money and documents inside. I left this at night before going to sleep and in the morning when I when to get my stuff back to go out Sightseeing all the money was gone. The very first day 1500euros went missing from the locker, supposed to be the safe place to keep valuables. And the manager had the nerve to tell me they did not have a duplicate key. Which idiot will believe that? So obviously he was lying and this is a racket run by him and the staff for sure. So people, beware. You are not safe in the safe places.

+ I love this place bcoz one of the guy I met in the reception his name is Rubel, he is so kind. And this place is located at nice community and there is lots of facilities available here. The place is too good and awesome 😎 well maintained. Thank you so much to make my day happy 😊

+ Ubicación muy cerca de las torres petronas y metro. Litera con cortinas, adaptador y luz para cargar el celular. Era limpio, había piscina y gimnasio. Responden los mensajes, facilitando el check in y la salida.

- Es confuso encontrar el Hostel. Se ubica en. Signature Apartment at Mercu Summer Suites KLCC. Se debe contactar por teléfono o por WhatsApp. El precio del depósito es alto 100 MYR. Si es el último día en Malasia puede ser un problema. No estoy segura si los lockers son seguros.

+ Posizione ottima, comoda soprattutto ai mezzi, è una zona tranquilla ma più che altro di uffici e hotel. La cucina è stata una vera gioia. Tutto pulito e personale super gentile!

+ Location, equipment, accessibility - it was all really good and even beyond expectations

- The beds were really squeaky and I could hear everyone's movements on their beds, so it requires a bit of an attitude in order to gain comfort
