- Me dieron una habitación al lado de recepción (a 2 metros literal). Se escuchaba todo. Esa habitación por el precio que pague me parece que no es nada adecuado. Considero que el hotel debería indicar muy claramente la habitación que está ofreciendo en booking para que el huésped no se sienta engañado.
+ Sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit kleinem Pool. Allerdings befinden sich die Klimaanlagen-Geräte des Nachbarhotels genau daneben, sodaß die gemütliche Atmosphäre nicht wirklich zu genießen war.
- Die Juniorsuite hat ein schweres Feuchtigkeitsproblem, es schimmelt und der Modergeruch ist kaum auszuhalten. Wie beschrieben, sind die Klimageräte des Nachbarhotels extrem laut. Hinzu kommt der Straßenlärm, da diese Straße sehr stark befahren wird.
+ It was clean and modern, well kept, the breakfast was really nice.
- The bedroom we got was basically where the hotel’s luggage room or employee break-room would have been located, right adjacent to the front desk, with no windows, and instead of a wall that separated it from the front desk and common areas it had a smoked glass wall. This was horrible, gave the feeling of basically no privacy. The staff was clearly aware that the room us far from ideal, and were not very amicable when we asked surprised if that was seriously our room, and just said that it was what we’d chosen (which clearly nowhere in the booking said it would be like that.

- Nos cobraron una tarjeta de entrada a la habitación por perdida un dineral, encima solo nos habían dado una, ademas no pudimos disfrutar del desayuno el ultimo dia. La habitacion es un zulo impracticable, esta muy limpio pero se oye todo desde la recepcion
+ The first room was well cooled when I arrived as it was very hot and humid outside. Check-in was smooth and efficient. After I complained about the cleanliness of the room, especially the bed, I was upgraded to a higher category instead of leaving the hotel after the first night. The room was only really OK after a thorough inspection and further "improvement" by housekeeping.
- I can't really say much good, the negative definitely outweighed the negative. From the cleanliness of the room to the breakfast and the staff, nothing was as expected. In the first room, when we first checked the bed (checking for bedbugs), we noticed a lot of stains and hair. I called the front desk worker, he confirmed the incident and tried to apologize to himself and the housekeeping staff. I asked him for fresh sheets and pillows because they smelled of something, I thought perfume. The next day I spoke to the day manager and instead of leaving the hotel I was given an upgrade. I checked the room after they had actively and thoroughly cleaned it, it was OK. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff were very "Colombian", not very hospitable and a bit "lazy" compared to the rest of the world.

- Przede wszystkim nie wart tej ceny jak na hotel butikowy o prawie zerowej infrastrukturze. Bardziej przypomina Airbnb z recepcją. Na pewno nie jest to obiekt luksusowy jakim probuje byc.
+ Bien placé et le personnel très gentil
- La déco moche et bizarre . L’interdiction d’avoir de l’eau gratuite dans les chambres et les 2 petites dosettes de café , en insistant bien qu’il y en aurait que 2 !!! Bref 150 e la nuit un scandale ! Ah j’oubliais le bruit de la rue . Bref ça a transformé nos 2 jours à Cartagena en moment désagréable et tout ça pour 300 e . Bien triste quand on ne part pas souvent et longtemps !
+ L’hôtel est moderne et bien rénové, avec du charme et mignonne piscine et toit terrasse
- Nous avions la chambre du rez-de-chaussée à côté de la réception. Elle est soit disant “vue sur le patio” mais elle n’a pas de fenêtre et se trouve près de la réception donc nous avons été réveillé chaque matin à 6h par les discussions des personnes travaillant à la réception. Un membre du personnel masculin était très désagréable

- Chuveiro péssimo. Não esquenta e o hotel não faz questão de arrumar. As janelas nao tem nenhuma cortina, e são baixas. Se você quiser que o quarto fique escuro, tem que colocar uma coberta na janela (ver fotos). A rua tem bastante barulho, mas é possivel dormir sim. Café da manhã é aceitavel. Funcionarios são atenciosos e prestativos. Localização é boa.

- La chambre du bas nommée Titan n’a pas de fenêtres ( aucune précision sur ce point dans le descriptif Booking)si vous voulez de la clarté il faut ouvrir les rideaux de la baie vitrée qui donne sur la réception pas très intime et on vit avec le personnel et la patronne puisque clairement la chambre est dans la réception donc attention en réservant à ne pas prendre la chambre du bas . Prix très élevé pour la qualité et le petit déjeuner n’est pas exceptionnel non plus .

+ The hotel is good, located in a nice area outside the old town, but you can walk there in maximum 10 minutes, so it’s close. We liked that you can have breakfast on the rooftop, and the view is wonderful.
- First of all, I didn’t like that we were given a ground-floor room, right next to the reception. The room was located exactly there, so basically anyone coming in, could be heard inside but also anyone could hear us as well. On the reception side, the room didn’t have a proper wall, but a window with a curtain instead. Another thing I didn’t like is that the room doesn’t have actual windows, but I didn’t notice this from the photos on Booking, maybe it would be good to mention this somewhere. This was the cheapest room available, but also expensive compared to other acommodations in the area. Other than that, the room was clean and properly equipped. The rest of the hotel looks very modern and beautiful.
+ Lovely, comfortable room with a great shower and good quality bedding. Lovely breakfast. Pool and terrace gorgeous. Helpful staff.
- Very noisy all through the night but this has been the same everywhere we’ve stayed in Cartagena.

+ Es un hotel pequeño pero bello. El personal es super amable. Lo que más me gustó fué que la habitación es oscura y aisla bastante el ruido. También nos encantó que el desayuno se sirve en el café de abajo y es muy rico el menú.
- Sólo se podría mejorar que la puerta del baño ofrezca un poco más de intimidad, pero es un detalle menor. Todo estuvo muy bien y cómodo.

+ We reserved a junior suite which had a window to the outside. Very comfortable and well maintained room with light. We wanted to be in the area of Gethsemane so this was perfect location. There is a reasonable Laundry service directly across the street. The pool upstairs is a plunge pool used to refresh not swim. Rooms are air-conditioned.

+ A lovely boutique hotel. Great design, very clean, staff were very attentive and helpful. Felt very safe and relaxed.
- A little bit noisy on a Saturday night but no more so than you would expect in this location - really not a problem.
+ Todo fue excepcional, la habitación muy cómoda, el personal super amables siempre, el área de la piscina muy bonita y la vista, el desayuno estuvo muy rico, muy cerca del centro histórico y la zona se veía tranquila.
