Orchid Resort (Suvarnabhumi Airport)

The location is good and the room is clean. BUT the staff are long faced, there is no lift and we were placed in level 5 (with heavy luggages). The air-conditioners are all super noisy and we had to turn the them during the evening.

Worked out well to stay after landing in Bangkok before heading north the next morning. The shuttle service made things so easy. They shuttled me from the airport at 1am (really appreciated), and then right back at 11am the following day. The bed was hard, but did the job.

We stayed here before travelling to the aiport. The staff were lovely and the pool is great. There is a night market near by to eat at but we didnt have timetime to venture any further. I would say it is a great stay if you are going to or from the airport.

Great place to stay for a night before travelling from the airport. The airport shuttle only runs 1x per hour so consider that in your plans. The pool is a lot smaller than the picture looks. Close to markets and 7/11. Had a very nice stay for the purpose of travelling from the airport the next day.

It is a hotel that matches a standard 2-star experience. Everything was as expected, though note that there is no elevator.

This is a great spot next to airport. The rooms are clean and they will get you a ride to the airport if you need it. Staff are very nice

Really close to the airport and night market. I stayed here the night before my flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had everything i needed. The bed was comfy- it was exactly what I was expecting. Very happy. Not much of an atmosphere but I don’t think anyone stays here for that.

Perfect for quick stay before catching flight.

Es un hostal bastante cutre pero cumple con su función principal: estar muy cerca del aeropuerto. Por lo tanto, si tu intención es coger un vuelo lo antes posible y pirarte de Bangkok, estás en el sitio perfecto. Por lo demás, es un sitio bastante desangelado y sin carisma, y además, las paredes son de papel. Se oye todo.

Staff were really lovely and friendly. The room was not bad. However the noises coming into the room all night were horrible. I could hear the person on the floor above me walking back and forth all night (from midnight to 5am!) safe to say I did not sleep a wink. The restaurant also was not open during my one night stay but luckily it’s not far to get to some food and there is a 7/11 at the end of the road. Overall, not a bad stay if you have a layover like I did as the shuttle service was go...

Fantastic Location close by BKK airport with Parks, old Markets and temples close by, Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel itself was clean and had lots of amenities, thank you

Great first night straight off the plane. Hostel is around 10-15 minutes from airport and they picked me up in a shuttle with less than 24h notice. Very clean and quiet in the private room I stayed in. Small balcony, coffee, and 2 glass water bottles included which was super nice. There is a night market right around the corner, was a little overwhelming but the food and vibes were great. Not much English but I figured it out. I would definitely come back!

Very quaint stay close to the airport. Rooms were slightly older but with more of a Thai feel. The team were excellent and very understanding. Thank you Titan and the rest. Hot water and decent WiFi. Very small pool to enjoy nestled under the shade of the trees with a massage table nearby. Restaurant in the evening also with various food stalls 2 mins walk away + 7/11. I would recommend for a quiet relaxing stay. Thank you.

Nice room, staff were polite and helpful. Good air conditioning. It’s close to the airport which is the best part about it the location. As a tourist (on my first night there) the location was quite daunting and not that accessible for someone not from the country but we found a couple of nice bars and places to eat. They offer a shuttle to the airport so I would recommend if you’re getting a plane the next day.

Perfect and quiet for an overnight in Bangkok. Tons of 7-11s and food shops that you can walk to. Planning to stay again on my way back through!! Also took me by shuttle at 4 am strait to BKK.

Great for layover in Bangkok. very helpful staff with good shuttle to the airport. probably wouldn't stay here to explore or meet people as a solo traveler but for one night it was very clean and private.

Super freundliche Menschen in dieser Unterkunft. Ich hab auch noch nie so ein angenehmes Bett in einer Unterkunft gehabt, es war spitze. Sauber war es auch. Allerdings befanden sich Löscher in der Wand, Kabel waren offen und es war etwas schmuddelig und unangenehme rund ums Hotel. Im Flur war es den ganzen Tag laut, als ob ständig ein Staubsauger läuft. Ich bin auf die Suche gegangen aber es war vermutlich die Klimaanlagen-Hauptzentrale im obersten Geschoss 🫣 für eine Nacht war es ok 👍...

Such lovely staff who were very helpful and organised an airport transfer for us. The rooms were clean, cozy and comfortable. I would recommend staying if you have a flight to catch as it’s very close to the airport.

Nice and clean. We emailed with the driver and arranged for pick up from the airport for 150 Baht per room….(it says 100 baht online) for a 10 min drive. We paid about the same for our 45 min trip into the city. Slept well- it was quiet- we came in at 10pm. Overall nice stop for a night but not longer (no local food easily nearby- tried to walk but lots of traffic in the morning. Kids at at restaurant on site- seemed okay but not worth 175 Baht.
