+ In the end there is nothing to like.
- That will be taken both to the Dutch as the Thai police. An Absolute outrage. I have a burn out and have not been able to sleep normal for one day. Every day building noises, loud music or people and even staff actually provoking and taking my rest. When addressed been called a liar. Relocated the last night for my health and safety. Owner not willing to solve the situation but backed up her staff member. Most disrespectful experience I ever had in my whole life in a hotel.

- Der lugtede af hash fordi folk røg selvom man ikke måtte ryge ved pool området. Altanen var lukket til af brædder. Underligt og meget ærgerligt. Spurgte om vi ku bytte værelse hvis et blev ledigt mod betaling selvfølgelig. Men personslet sagde der var fuldt booket men vi så flere flytte ud og ind. Iskold pool.

Despite appearances, this hostel is kept to a very low standard. The place is messy, with people’s personal items littering the shared bathroom space. The showers are falling apart, with no heating and no pressure. The bedrooms are cramped and very hot. The upper beds are tedious and dangerous to climb up/down. My bed light didn’t work. The pool is green. Thankfully the staff are friendly and I was given a partial refund. You can find much higher quality hostels in Chiang Mai for better pric...

+ This is more a hostel factory than hotel. And it’s seen better days! Rooms have mildew issues & smell that a coat of paint can’t cover. Bed is like a board. Stayed in 2 different rooms, both with loads of mosquitos too. Very mediocre stay … one positive is clean rooms ready on time. For the same price, better quality hotels can easily be found in Chiang Mai

Hostel was clean, beds were comfy and spacious. However AC would be turned off at midnight so the rooms get very hot and can noisy.
Bis auf das die Klimaanlage nur eine bestimmte Zeit an ist und das man seinen rucksack nicht im Zimmer einschließen konnte war das Hostel perfekt😊 Vorallem der Pool war ein Traum
Except that the air conditioning is only on for a certain amount of time and you couldn't fit your backpack in the room, the hostel was perfect😊 Especially the pool was a dream
+ The rooms are huge, real rustic style. Easy walk to most places.
- The pool is shared with another backpackers and they allow people to come pay a fee to use the pool. Very little flexibility with early check in, I asked prior and was told I can check in early if room is ready then when I arrived was strongly informed that check in is 2pm. Not the place to stay if you want to get into your room early.

+ Alles! Die Kids fanden den Pool und die Hunde prima.
- Die Türen/der Flur war etwas hellhörig, sonst gibt es wirklich nichts zu meckern!
+ A great wee complex with vintage shops, nice restaurants and lots to see and explore in the vicinity. Chiang Mai has so many little gems of areas like this - and the pool area is great. Plenty sunbathing and dipping to be had, perfect to sweat off the previous night's beer and cocktail fest at the local Soi Dog (jazzy) blues bar! 😄

Only stayed one night but had a comfortable sleep, the staff were very helpful and they let me store my luggage with them for 10 days.

+ Lokalizacja perfekt. Łóżko wygodne. Wyposażenie łazienki super. Klima, czajnik wszystko okej. Duży pokój, nawet bardzo. Jest gdzie się rozłoży. Ładnie złożone ręczniki :) Bardzo czysto jak na Azję.
- Trochę głośno. Pokój przy pokoju i słaba dźwiękoszczelność, więc mocno słychać to, co dzieje się na zewnątrz. To jest dość imprezowa okolica, więc jak trafią się głośni sąsiedzi, to będzie głośno całą noc. Dla ludzi ze słabym snem to może być problem.

The place is perfect! I was in Chiang mai for 2 weeks and stayed at what’s up the whole time. It’s in a great location, close to nice cafes and shops. It was such an amazing hostel. Really really recommend
+ The Warehouse is in a really funky area of Chiang Mai, so it’s a good base to head out and explore lots of local bars, shops and restaurants. The rooms are a good size, beds comfy, and it was convenient to do laundry, too.
- We had a room that opened directly onto the pool and it was SO noisy with children splashing and screaming (there were over 12 kids rubber rings in the pool), especially as the door didn’t seal closed. After asking a few times we were able to move rooms which was better - but if you’re a couple or group of friends looking for a chilled place to relax with a pool, this is not it!
The best hostel! The pool was incredible with such a big seating area! On a quiet street with lots of vintage clothes shops! But also a great location only about 10 min walk from the old town. The staff were so lovely and the whole place felt so clean! I stayed at stamps last year and loved the social aspect, but this had the perfect balance of both!:) very peaceful and chill but we also made lots of great friends!:)
