The hostel is super-well located but is kinda weird compared to the others I’ve been. Infrastructures are not super welcoming even if it feels safe. Except that the staff were super helpful and the emplacement was good, I think I didn’t like it a lot… still, quite okey for the price. Otherwise the overall hostel was clean, great showers and kitchen even if it was small but I have to advise… there was unfortunately bedbugs in my room…

BED BUGS!!!!! ⚠️ this is by far the most disgusting place i have ever stayed at. There were bed bugs in our room and the staff did absolutely nothing to accomodate us. We got bites on our body. The facilities are outdated and dirty. Don’t book there!!!!!!!!!

This hostel was perfectly fine. Before coming, I read the reviews and grew nervous but it felt perfectly safe for me and my sister. The staff was incredibly kind and the breakfast was more than adequate. Neither of us had bed bugs, as we feared from the reviews, we did in fact have hot water for showers, and the location was prime. My only qualm was there isn’t a great communal area to hang out in outside of your room. It was quiet, too, so I slept well all 3 nights.

Unsafe (especially for women), bedbugs, cold showers We arrived at the hostel and got informed, that I was the only women in the hostel, so they’ve had to put men in women’s dorms. It let to the women’s toilets covered in urine. When going to the toilet, brushing teeth or taking a shower men were going in and out of the women’s bathroom, which was very uncomfortable. The other guests were very rowdy, and partying in the common area - which is right next to the women’s dorms, until 6am. The staff didn’t do anything about it. The lockers doesn’t work - the explanation was, that the keys had been stolen… There’s no hot water in the women’s bathroom. After staying there for a night, we discovered a lot of red bites… 100% sure it’s bed bugs. The staff was sweet enough, and the breakfast is free…

Shittiest hostel I rimember, we got a room with tape on the ceiling, which was broken and water getting in. Also no hot water in male's showers on the 1st floor. Oh, and bedbugs. We got a refound and early checked out. Not recommended. Avoid.

PUNAISES DE LIT / BED BUG : à fuir ! La propreté de cet établissement laisse à désirer, notamment au niveau sanitaire. Nous avons trouvé des punaises de lit en pleine nuit, dans nos lits, sur les murs et mobilier ainsi que dans d'autres pièces. Nombreuses piqûres sur le corps et visage. L'établissement est totalement infesté et le personnel ne réagit pas. Malgré l'accueil sympathique, cette situation a été prise à la légère, aucune mesure sanitaire n'a été prise. Ils ont continué à louer la chambre sans intervention de professionnels pour désinfecter les lieux et sans avertir les autres clients ! De plus, l'établissement est vétuste, la fenêtre de la chambre fermait mal, une prise électrique sur 2 fonctionnait dans un dortoir de 4 personnes. Pas de savon dans les sanitaires durant notre séjour. Le matériel de l'établissement est vétuste. Une honte.
