Please don’t go. Bed bugs alert! We had to change room in the middle of the night as all are stuff and the beds were infested.

The property managers were rude and unclear. They took less money from the card than expected, but we were not informed of this error during check-in or check-out, it is assumed that the property is concerned with taking the money for the accommodation, not the guest. We were informed of the error only after we contacted the property to warn them of the presence of bed bugs in a room, a room that we could not use, and we crowded into other rooms. After sending videos and documentation on the presence of bed bugs, we were informed that some money was missing, so we apologized and advised that we could pay the bill, but that we were requesting compensation for the presence of bed bugs that prevented us from using a room, the manager said that the situation could be resolved by not paying the missing amount and not writing bad reviews. However, after 10 days more money was taken from the card, we tried to contact the property but it was not possible. Terrible experience, it has never happened to me in many years of traveling

Muy mal. Reservamos dos noches y cuando llegamos nos dicen que en la habitación hay chinches y que no hay otra disponible. Nos ofrecen ir a otro hotel en otra población, pero teníamos un evento en Alaró y no pudimos aceptarlo. A las 17h nos llaman y nos dicen que hay una anulación de una habitación y que podemos ir. Para finalizar, el siguiente dia a las 11h el propietario nos dice que tenemos que dejar la habitación en ese momento, cuando el dia anterior entramos a las 17h de la tarde. A todo esto, si le sumas las manchas en las sábanas y que la mayoria de horas no hay nadie en las instalaciones por si necesitas alguna cosa, jamás volveríamos. Una pena
