+ La piscina y las vistas son bonitas.
- El albergue y los baños estaban sucios. El agua de la ducha salía helada. Me encontré un ciempiés en la cama al despertarme. Tenía reservado para dos noches, pero me fui en la primera noche.
+ breakfast was not to bad! They give free bikes ( watch out with the bikes cause no breaks/lights etc )
- first of all, it’s a HOSTEL FULL STOP | Not deluxe or even bungalows! the pool was dirty, the room was dirty! it had cockroaches and other weird animals in the room! it was really smelly, things we’re broken! the sheets were covered with hairs and animals! bathroom seems to be in a closet or so and there were eye lashes from the person before on the hairdryer! the pool, didn’t even go near there! dirty! cigarettes on the floor, beer cans laying around and I honestly don’t think they care! we rented a scooter, when I asked if it was even working cause it was so damaged and if they had helmets; they just laughed in my face! from the moment we arrived untill we check out, not even 12 hours later, they just didn’t care!
+ Frühstück
- Ich hatte nachts Käfer im Bett, ob es Bettwanzen waren bin ich mir nicht sicher. Ich habe einen Bus nach Hanoi an den Flughafen gebucht. Zuerst kam der Fahrer eine halbe Stunde zu spät, was ja aber normal für Asien ist. Ich wurde mit einem Privatfahrer abgeholt, der kein Wort englisch sprechen konnte. Ich war verwirrt, da ich ein Busticket gebucht hatte. Wir fuhren in der Pampa rum und als ich den Fahrer fragte wo wir denn hinfahren, da ich an den Flughafen muss, kam keine Antwort. Natürlich, er verstand mich ja auch nicht. Nach 15 Minuten stiegen nochmal zwei Leute hinzu, die waren aber nicht auf dem Weg an den Flughafen. Nach weiteren 15 Minuten wurden wir gebeten in einen Bus umzusteigen. Nach weiteren 2h wurden alle Fahrgäste außer mir gebeten aus dem Bus zu steigen, der Bus sollte mich jetzt direkt an den Flughafen fahren (das hatte mir jedenfalls jemand übersetzt). Nach ewigem diskutieren, an welchen Abflug ich denn müsste, fuhr mich der Fahrer wieder zurück an den letzten Stop. Hier sollte ich aussteigen und mich sollte nach 2 Minuten ein Fahrer abholen. Der kam natürlich nicht nach 2 Minuten. Auf wiederholtes Nachfragen wann der Fahrer endlich kommen würde, da ich meinen Flug bekommen muss, wurde nicht geantwortet. Nach 40 Minuten kam endlich ein Fahrer der mich an den Flughafen fahren sollte. Auch auf dieser Fahrt wurde ich immer wieder (9 MAL!!!!) gefragt wohin ich denn fliegen würde. Da der Fahrer aber auch kein Englisch konnte, wurde jedes Mal ein Übersetzer angerufen. Alles in allem lief alles KATASTROPHAL! Meinen Flug habe ich gerade noch so bekommen. Die Fahrten waren natürlich auch alle sehr holprig.

DO NOT stay here. I found a bed bug in the bathroom and the room had bugs on the wall and in the lockers. The bathroom is outside and not at all clean, nor were the towels provided. I think the water bottle they give you upon check in is also reused and refilled. There was no key provided for the room, the door remains open and staff are not too friendly. Security seems low and it’s also very far from centre of town. You can find a better place closer in town for much better value.
Really far out from anything. By 8am every morning the room is swarming with cleaners speaking loudly in Vietnamese while loud construction work goes on right outside the room so don’t expect to be able to sleep beyond 8am. Seriously why tf are they cleaning the room before anyone’s even checked out??? Makes no sense and is incredibly frustrating as they turn all the lights on and speak very loudly to each other, at 8am in the morning???

+ Het enige positieve waren de fijne fietsen en dat we ons geld terug kregen omdat we 2 dagen eerder weg zijn gegaan
- Dit was het slechtste hotel waar we hebben verbleven in Vietnam. We snappen niet waarom het zo'n hoog cijfer krijgt. De huisjes zijn oud en sfeerloos. De wcbril zat los, waardoor je er nauwelijks op kon zitten, het huisje was niet goed geïsoleerd waardoor het naar binnen regende, het ontbijt was vreselijk, oud fruit en koude pannenkoeken. Als het op was werd er niks bijgevuld. Ook zit er vlakbij een fabriek die 24 uur per dag lawaai maakt, ook 's nachts en in de buurt waren ze aan het bouwen wat vanaf 's ochtends vroeg tot 's avonds laat (zeker tot 23 uur) veel overlast gaf en het personeel was ongeïnteresseerd

- La insonolizacion de la habitación, a las 3 45 am empezo a cantar un gallo y cada media hora volvía hacer lo mismo, era imposible de dormir....

- Très mal placé, un bruit d’usine 24h/24), vélo payant. Petit-dejeuner moyen. Trop excentré donc pas pratique. Il faut prendre un vélo ou un scooter...les scooters ne sont pas de très bonne qualité, le réceptionniste a hésité à nous les louer. Nous sommes passé par le réceptionniste pour avoir un bus de nuit pour notre projet trajet jusqu'à Hoi An, la catastrophe. Très mauvaise compagnie de car

Was told someone we be around to show us to our room after reception closed, however, nobody was there and it was during a storm and power outage. Thankfully a guest came out of one of the dorms and said they had spare beds so my friend and I slept in that dorm for the night. When I spoke to reception in the morning they just ignored what I was telling them and told us we had to switch rooms. Other than that the facilities are really beautiful, it’s very clean.

We extended 5 times. The property is amazing and the staff are super nice and helpful. The free breakfast is probably the best I've had an any hostel

+ The breakfast spread was simple, but I enjoyed it very much. The room was very spacious for the 3 of us, and they provided a cot for my baby.
- The water pressure could be better, and it wash a bit hard to wash the baby bottles in the sink because it was a bit small. But it was still comfortable to stay
+ Camera molto spaziosa, gli spazi comuni e i servizi molto validi. Possibilità di noleggiare le biciclette ad un prezzo giornaliero ottimo. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione per motivi di orario, ma lo staff ha provveduto a prepararci qualcosa take away.
- La camera era un po’ umida, pulizia discreta.
