+ L'emplacement

- La salle de bains vétuste et la chambre bruyante

+ Das Team Coc Golden Fields liegt etwas außerhalb von Tam Coc, mit dem Roller oder Fahrrad ist man aber schnell im Geschehen. Die Außenbereiche sind gut gemacht und gerade der neue Retreat Bereich ist schön.

- Die Zimmer sind von der Ausstattung sehr verschieden, keines der Zimmer verfügt über einen Fernseher. Teilweise hat man in den Zimmern keine Aussicht und guckt auf eine gegenüberliegende Wand wodurch das Zimmer sehr dunkel ist. Weiterhin gibt es extrem viele Mücken und tote Mückenflecken an den Wänden. Die Dame, die uns in Empfang genommen hat, wollte uns von unserem Wunsch einen Roller zu mieten abbringen, um uns diverse Tagesausflüge zu verkaufen und war eingeschnappt nachdem wir weiter einen Roller mieten wollten.

- Niet schoon buiten, werden in oude deel geplaatst (dit werd ook vermeld, wat erg gek was), geen fietsen beschikbaar toen we deze wilden gebruiken

+ It has the potential to be great but please lose room number 8 as it is a pokey little room with no view from either the front or back.

- Our room, number 8 was advertised as ‘with balcony’. The reality is that it is in a block of rooms that has a balcony. We were greeted by a hard sell on local tours and attractions and despite several ‘not interested’ responses she continued. A bad start to a generally bad stay.

- cheap construction so noisy with rooms upstairs, and no light protection for early morning day light. Beds soooo uncomfortable and noisy at any move!!!

+ El trato excelente aunque la pretensión del lugar no llega a los mínimos.. por desgracia nuestra estancia no fue la mejor pero el buen trato compensó todo.

- Muchos mosquitos que entraban desde el baño al estar abierto (enmarcado en las rocas) . Lo bonito no compensa con lo poco práctico con tantos mosquitos y menos yendo con niños

- Ma chambre. Bien qu’ayant réservé spécifiquement ma chambre avec terrasse et vue, ce n’est pas du tout ce qui m a été attribué J’ai eu une chambre au rez-de-chaussée chaussé avec vue sur un mur (photo). Tous les personnes passant avaient une vue directe sur la chambre. 0 intimité. J’ai donc vécu les rideaux fermés et sans lumière naturelle pendant tout mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Pas du tout mon attente, au vu des commentaires que j’avais pu lire, de la chambre que j’avais réservé , et des photos flatteuses du home stay Je reste persuadée que si j’avais eu une chambre à l’ étage avec terrasse et avec vue, mon séjour ce serait bcp mieux passé. Les gérants de l’hôtel m’ont offert une réduction de 200000 Dong ( l’équivalent de 7 ou 8 euros) sur mon séjour lorsque j’ai exprimé ma frustration. J’ai refusé, évidemment. L’expérience à cet hôtel n’allait pas s’améliorer avec cette compensation. Aussi, les moustiques. Même avec les attrapés moustiques dans la chambre, j’ai quand même été piquée ( pas de moustiquaires). Je vous invite à confirmer votre chambre à la réservation si cela est important pour vous.

- Wir haben in Zimmer 3 geschlafen (Erdgeschoss). Zum einen ist das Badezimmer draußen, was an sich nicht schlimm ist. Jedoch war der Spalt unter der Tür (auch bei der Eingangstür) so groß, dass Tiere in das Zimmer gelangten. So hatten wir Probleme mit sehr vielen Mücken und Ameisen, einer Kakerlake (was alles halb so wild ist), jedoch auch mit einem größeren Tier, dass in der Nacht die Früchte auf dem Tisch angefressen hat. Laut dem Personal (was unsere Beschwerde amüsant fand) war es vermutlich eine Maus, da dies schon öfters vorgefallen sei. Über die Insekten hätten wir uns nicht beschwert, aber ein Tier der Größe sollte in dieser Preisklasse nicht ins Zimmer gelangen.

+ Location was easy walk to main part of Minh Binh. Rural setting but close to town by walking. 10 mins. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

- We ended up with a room that purposely has an interfering with closing off the bathroom ceiling. This resulted in an open air bathroom open to outdoors. Disconcerting. Would have preferred a different room. We only stayed 2 nights so we decided to remain on the room.

+ Habitaciones limpias, desayuno tipo buffet y a destacar la amabilidad del personal, son personas encantadoras que te hacen sentir como en casa

+ L'hospitalité de cet établissement était vraiment exceptionnelle, le personnel au petit soin avec un +++ pour la réceptionniste et pour Them qui s'occupait de la restauration , elles étaient d'une grande gentillesse et très professionnelles. Le service rien à dire, un accueil personnalisé avec de quoi se rafraîchir ( jus, fruits et gâteaux), dans la chambre tout était propre et très bien équipé, avec de l'eau et des fruits offerts par la.maison et les chambres sont calmes. L'établissement met à disposition des vélos. La piscine est magnifique ainsi que tout l'établissement. L'emplacement est très bien et à l'abri de la cohue du centre ville tout en était très proche. Dommage nous n'y avons passé que 2 nuits et nous repartons avec des regrets,une nuit de plus aurait été impeccable.

+ Beautiful gardens,like a tropical paradise! Fantastic staff. The pool was incredible. Great interiors. Perfect location. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. We stayed an extra 2 nights. All the staff were incredible and so friendly and helpful.

- One of the bedrooms in the private villa, had quiet an awful smell. No mirrors in the main bedroom so nowhere to blow dry hair etc.

+ Great facilities, the pools and the view amazing. The food was delicious and kids loved the facilities. Reception was helpful and restaurant team ready to please. Would stay here again and wish we stayed longer.

+ Amazing place, so chilled. The staff are brilliant, everything last onevof them special mention to Them, she attended to our every need. Such a hard working smiling young lady. Nothing was to much trouble for Them. Thank all for such a memorable stay. I wish we could have stayed longer..

+ The property is beautiful, right at the foot of some limestone mountains, with beautiful views over the fields with ducks & cows roaming. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, we’re so friendly & we’re really helpful giving great tips for food, sightseeing & excursions.

+ Le charme de l'endroit ! La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel

+ Een oase van rust weg van de 'drukke' strip. Een heerlijke kamer met en prachtig zwembad. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en aan vers fruit geen tekort. Na het uitchecken om 12 uur 's middags, boden ze de mogelijkheid om nog gebruik te maken van de faciliteiten. De plek om te verblijven in de omgeving!

+ The location is incredible, near to all the sites, and built alongside the limestone. The gardens connecting the two sides are lovely to walk through. All the staff were helpful, attentive and friendly, particularly the lady who looked after the dining and pool area. Bed was comfortable and the rooms clean and pleasant.

+ Beautiful location with a stunning pool view. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very helpful. Great value for money. We loved using the bikes, I’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

- The bikes have high usage and so aren’t always in the best condition (however free).

+ Everyone there were so amazing, sweet and accommodating. They always inquire of what we need. We had daily refill of fruits and drinks. Free use of bikes. We had fruit and water to carry to our teip going back to Hanoi. Beautiful homestay!
