+ Extrem unfreundliches Personal
- They messed up my stay and wanted me out one day early even thought through booking app you could clearly see my booking. The lady at the front desk kept asking me for a receipt.
+ I always stay in adorm and like the location
- I had a confirmed stay but was turned away because of the new regulation re age. I am 85 and need to. Reserve a private room at a cost that I can nr afford. I would call that discrimination...I arrived. After it was. Dark. And li arngued my point that I don.tk ow where to go in a private. Room. .hotel ..they had no pity. And threatent to call the police to remove me. The owner did phone for a place for me but at amuch higher cost ..
+ I spent the first and last nights of my holiday here. The location close to Central San Jose is great for a bit of sight-seeing. If I were rating purely based on the 1st night then I would have rated 4 stars, now i wouldn't even give it 1. Facilities were what you expect for a £20pn backpackers, so can't complain about that. Unfortunately the last night we spent there was a different story....
- The bed sagged so badly in the middle it was like being folded in two! Neither of us got any sleep anyway though as we made the mistake of eating in the on site restaurant. At 2am the explosive diarrhea and projectile vomiting started! It continued all night and made for a very uncomfortable flight home! We heard others being sick in the night too, so we weren't the only ones. The next morning, instead of apologising the chef suddenly forgot all his English...so I mimed the sickness and diarrhoea for him while pointing at what we had eaten. The reception staff, instead of apologising and promising to address the issue, tried to argue with us that it could have been caused by something else. It was a clear case of food poisoning and we hadn't eaten anything else that day!

+ Es muy lindo el oygar pero las personas que atienden se creen superiores y si no te entienden le escriben a su superior para que te bloqueen pura mierda son
- Los recepcionistas te joden la vida y no les importa si estas en la calle son 0 humanistas solo buscan dinero y movimiento en su mente, el lugar bien la que atiende una mierda, platique con ella y todo pague la multa por levantarme tarde y restringió mi acceso de por vida
+ Que me corrieran por dormir una hora, de más y que me bloquearán el acceso solo porque si la muchacha que atiende

Really nice hostel. good clean facilities. only issue is the noise of train, nothing can be done by the hostel. pool was amazing and food was so good.

Great hostel and facilities. Enriquo was great on reception!
Boiling hot rooms and no organised events even on a Friday with a busy hostel. Lights were turned off in the common area at 10pm and we were told to be silent by the staff.

- Die Küche könnte sauberer sein
+ La piscine est agréable et les batidos sont bons. Il y a de l'eau chaude ce qui est appréciable quand on n'a pas l'habitude des douches froides.
- L'état de la cuisine était tel qu'on a préféré manger dehors tout le long. Les chambres twin sont littéralement vides hormis les lits (superposés), même pas une patère ou une chaise pour accrocher un vêtement. Une fuite d'eau dehors nous a réveillées 2 nuits sur 3 et lorsque nous sommes allées nous plaindre, quelqu'un est venu nous proposer de changer de chambre à 4h30 du matin (soit près de 2h plus tard) alors que nous étions sur le départ.

+ Me parece que tiene precios accesibles tanto en relación a la habitación como en la comida. Ofrece piscina que es un super plus en la capital, ya que no es común encontrar este tipo de servicio.
- No estoy de acuerdo con la restricción de edad para quedarse en habitación compartida (18-40 años), me parece una política discriminatoria (sé que no es el único hostel que la aplica, pero debería eliminarse). La cobija era super delgada, y en la madrugada hacía mucho frío.
