+ There was an incident in the nesf hostel, in galway On night of check-in sat 30th aug.. My keys to a secure locker wee stolen by a room mate. I reported this to manager The manager took no action just offered a refund through booking. Com I left this hostel as i not feel safe. I am uncertain whether i eeceived refund as yet ?? - La titolare ti manda un messagio via booking che il check in è gratuito fino alle 8 poi lo paghi 10euro x ogni ora di ritardo. In piu ti chiede una cauzione di 10euro per le x chiavi che nn rivedrai mai piu perché se li tiene, son 5giorni che aspetto il bonifico indietro. NESSUNA DI QUESTE INFORMAZIONI SONO PUBBLICHE, perché chiaramente poi verrebbe denunciata. Sta maletta per 10euro? Bah

I don't recommend this hostel in Galway if you are travelling with a family or kids. The worst experience in Ireland. No recomiendo este hospedaje si viajas con niños o en familia el servicio es pésimo, el desayuno terrible, el personal 0 amigable y su desayuno un desastre. La peor experencia viajando en Galway.

Abbiamo effettuato una prenotazione in data 28/01/2020, ovvero prima dello scoppio della pandemia, per alloggiare in questo Hotel la notte dell'11/09/2020 . Ahinoi la nostra prenotazione non prevedeva la cancellazione gratuita. Abbiamo comunque deciso di annullare il nostro viaggio e scrivere alla struttura in data 06/06/2020 (quindi con ben 3 mesi di anticipo) se fosse possibile annullare il soggiorno, ma la nostra richiesta è stata rifiutata. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad gebucht. Zuerst das Gute: Die Lage in Salthill an der Promenade ist schön, wenn auch etwas weit ins Zentrum. Das Frühstück für 7,50 war auch in Ordnung und die Bedienung schnell und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit war auch in Ordnung. Das war es dann aber auch schon. Zimmer und Bad waren extrem klein, unpraktisch, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, kein Nachttisch, kein Platz für Koffer. Man muss das Gepäck auf den Boden legen, obwohl sowieso schon k...

Went this morning for 2 coffees and 2 toast, they wanted €9 for 4 slices of toast!!!! Went up to the gourmet food parlour and got all for €8.70. How can those prices be justified??

Es ist einfach eine gute Atmosphäre, alle Mitarbeitenden wollen, dass wir Gäste uns wohl fühlen. Natürlich ist es sauber etc. - das erwähne ich nur der Vollständigkeit halber. Das Frühstück ist mit € 8 nicht günstig, aber es ist das wert. Ich geniesse es, im Aufenthaltsbereich zu sitzen, zu lesen, mich zu unterhalten. Die Zimmer haben deshalb keine volle Punktzahl bekommen (obwohl die Betten toll sind, es genügend Locker hat...), weil es keine Haken für die Handtücher und Jacken g...
