- The staff were unfriendly the bar closed at 10.30 on the 2 nights we stayed we were put under a compliment to get hot water after 10.30 we were told to go to reception

- Asked for a room that was accessible it was far from that, no shower stool so our wheelchair guest could not even have a shower, the most basic of tasks were out of her reach not good enough for the price we paid for the hotel, Bar closed at 11pm and we could not avail of a residence bar, when we questioned this we were told bar closes at 11pm weekdays, people should be made aware of this before booking, thank god we were only one night away anymore it would have been a real problem for our wheelchair user not good enough.

+ The staff are nice and helpful and the location is good.

- Clearly the ownership or management do not care about the hotel - we were given a room next to ventilation ducts with a window that wouldn't close. The hotel was booked out so no other rooms were available. There had been a similar complaint (the same complaint, really) 2 weeks earlier and clearly nothing had been done. Would not recommend going as the people in charge only seem to care about getting people in and out through old ratings and a decent location. Shame on them.

- Everything. The rooms was awful, it was like a terrible hostel and we paid €280. We finally left the morning after staying there but were only ALLOWED to leave because none of the plug in’s worked for our appliances.

- Nos dieron dos habitaciones, ambas daban a patio con máquinas ruidosas, sin vistas ni luz. No funcionaba la TV y fallaba el agua en los baños. Tras quejarnos nos dieron una habitación peor, que no aceptamos. La tercera habitación fue correcta, luego tenían disponibilidad. El desayuno malo. Nos dijeron que no tenían hojas de reclamaciones. Total desconsideración con el cliente. Impresentables.

- La habitación súper estrecha, teníamos que pasar de lado. No había sitio entre los pies de la cama y la pared . Calor insoportable Desayuno escaso y de baja calidad, hemos recorrido Irlanda y este ha sido el peor desayuno con diferencia. Camareras antipáticas, no colaboraban nada para conseguir entendernos

+ I really didn’t like my stay, no late bar for residents, couldn’t get a drink after 12.30. Had to park my car ages away, got soaked walking to the hotel with my bag. I can’t really say anything good about the hotel, because it wasn’t an enjoyable experience.

+ Todo. Las habitaciones muy cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno. La ubicación excepcional.

+ Convenient location! Easy to navigate. Staff was so accommodating, friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean!

- Der Straßenlärm durch die undichten Fenster war stark zu hören.

+ Hotel is lovely, very good location, great breakfast, comfortable bed, good shower. Ate in restaurant, food was delicious and not too expensive.

- No parking, but discount rate at q park, 5 minutes walk

+ Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was good though perhaps a little limited for vegetarians. Perfect place to get the minibus to the airport for InisMor, which picks up from the front door.

- The room was comfortable but perhaps a little basic.
