- Плохо. Оплата только картой и терминал не работает - долго не давали заселиться после селф-чекина. На 1 этаже пьют и занимаются похабщиной. В номерах не работаю зарядки, нет ящиков для хранения, только клетки и очень грязно. Контигент плохой. Душно и грязно

+ La ubicación, y aun así está en Mestre, a 10 minutos de Venecia.
- El personal es poco agradable. No te ayudan en nada. Las habitaciones muy sucias. Las almohadas que te dan, sinceramente, parecen cojines viejos reciclados. No voy a repetir.

- Das Personal war Nicht freundlich, es war alles schmutzig !!! In der Lobby standen stundenlang schmutzige Tassen und Geschirr rum und ich war 5 Stunden in der Lobby, bis ich einchecken durfte . Das Frühstück war katastrophal!!! Kaum Auswahl !!! 9:15 Uhr zum Frühstück da war alles an Käse komplett vertrocknet. Tische nicht geputzt. Zum Abschluss wollte ich mir noch wenigstens einen Apfel nehmen und der war komplett verschimmelt und matschig. Die Zimmer waren angeblich geputzt ich hab es noch mal reinigen lassen und es war keine Änderung an der Wand kippen noch Haare vom Vorgänger im Bad.

+ WARNING: INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I got bites all over my body on this hotel. I messaged and received ZERO RESPONSE from management. This place is a nightmare – countless reviews mention bedbugs in Google Maps, yet nothing is done. STAY AWAY unless you want to be tortured by itchy, painful bites and ignored by staff. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – what is cheap ends up being expensive, we had to go to the doctor because it was so much we had a terrible allergic reaction. We wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.
- Bedbugs in the beds in room 701. No matter how much you write, they offer zero solution, it seems their policy is to ignore and not be responsible about a recurring problem they have on their hotel

Convenient location near transit, decent facilities. Food & drink at the bar. Had a band playing 2000s indie covers on Friday night, so that was fun to see
We had a few different issues upon arrival including none of the power outlets in the beds working, the toilet having old period stains and the sheets being covered in long hairs. The staff that we spoke to about these issues was very friendly and helpful. However, the overall experience was not a great one. We do not recommend using the washing machines as they seem to never be cleaned and there is only three for a 9 floor hostel, as well as only one working dryer.

Can’t recommend this hostel enough, bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and had good facilities, beds were comfy, nice reception area, friendly staff, easy check in and check out process and only a 5 minute walk from the train station
Good place and the safe zone.
Está muy cerca de la estación del tren y las instalaciones son buenas. Sin embargo me parece que el personal no es muy servicial y el baño de mi habitación no estaba bien aseado. La cama no me pareció cómoda.
El alojamiento tiene buena conectividad, está cerca de la estación de tren, para ir a Venecia la isla, pero el ambiento no es muy bueno, me atendieron mal en el lugar, no de trato pero sí de carácter, a diferencia de otros lados de Italia, y la verdad estaba muy sucia la habitación
Good hostel, more hotel style so the social vibes aren't really there. Ensuite bathroom was nice and room was clean. Also, mattress was super comfortable!

Er zat een bloedvlek op het kussen dat is kreeg. Ik verbleef er drie nachten en alleen op de laatste dag was de kamer schoongemaakt. Ook deed het stopcontact bij mijn bed het niet.

Buen hotel
I had a good time here! The rooms are clean and spacious. Each bed have a personal cage to keep your luggage (remember to bring a 🔐). Automatic check-in and check-out, so it’s very easy. Have common kitchen, bar and desk for working. The bus station to go to Venezia is at 4min walk. In general very well connected (quick note: Mestre is 1 hour from Venice, keep that in mind, it’s not the tourist town… that’s why is cheaper. Sometimes the bus at night was really crowded)
Nice private room, enough space for 2 people. Has a bar - events are held there. Attended a music event on one night which was fun. Had a lot of kids on trips staying when we did - screaming up & down hallways morning and night - walls can be thin.
En general estuvo bien pero la forma de atender el servicio al cliente no es el mejor demasiado informal habían olores en la cocina y en las habitaciones, no dejaron guardar el equipaje al salir por lo que perdí medio día, adicionalmente no se puede entrar al baño porque las tarjetas quedan bloqueadas y todo es con tarjeta, está bien ubicado y es económico pero el servicio debe mejorar.
Overall it was fine but the way of serving the customer service is not the best too informal there were smells in the kitchen and in the bedrooms, they didn't let me keep the luggage when I left so I lost half a day, additionally you can't go to the bathroom because the cards get blocked and everything is with card, it's well located and it's cheap but the service should improve.
Very dirty and noisy.
Amazing. I lost my necklace in the sink and they got it out for me during the week. Even were willing to sent it to me because i left already. Luckily i was able to pick it up. They cleaned it and everything.
Really great staff, they had lots of recommendations and were very helpful. Location was perfect and everything was pretty clean.
