Sorry we booked for 2 nights and left after first night because we felt it's not a place for us. The floor was sticky, we felt the room was not cleaned well. Smell and noise coming through the door. The area is about 20+ mins from the city centre and mostly needed 2 buses/trams. The lady was nice, but we really don't like people smoking around sorry. The place is bit rusty and dust.

The rooms and the washroom was very unclean very dirty and in my first room. Room number i found the bedbugs 5 6 bitting me. The hostel should reneovate and the housekeeping should always clean everything Its not normal. Bedbugs all together 5 to 6 in the bed. And then i called the emergency guy then the room was changed but there washroom was outside and it was horrible 2

I am pretty sure my bed had bedbugs. I woke up with so many bug bites on areas of my body that had direct contact with the bed.

there were bed bugs so we didn’t even spend the night. also didn’t feel safe as a group of girls

J'ai été piqué par des punaises de lit pendant mon séjour. Etablissement à fortement éviter par manque de propreté que ce soit dans les chambres ou les parties communes. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais et je regrette énormément d'être venu. Je suis d'ailleurs partie à la moitié de mon séjour, je ne pouvais pas rester dans cet endroit insalubre et exécrable.

Wir waren zu zweit unterwegs und sie hat jetzt Bettwanzen!!!! Super unhygienisch. Allgemein war es auch nicht sauber. Die Duschen und Böden waren ebenfalls nicht clean

Literas con escaleras poco seguras, taquillas enanas, difícil de localizar la entrada a la habitación, falta de limpieza, baños atascados, electricidad pésima (los enchufes de la habitación no funcionan) y lo más importante: CHINCHES EN LA CAMA. ES POR ESTE MOTIVO QUE SOLICITAMOS EL REEMBOLSO DEL HOSPEDAJE. Las picaduras de estas chinches han causado daños de salud en la persona afectada.

La ubicación pésima, los colchones con chinches, la limpieza regular y el recepcionista muy poco profesional

El servicio no fue bueno puesto que no hablaban nada más que alemán y no se querían hacer entender. La zona no es la mejor y se oían sirenas de policía todo el rato. Tiene bastantes supermercados cerca. Los baños y zonas comunes podrían estar más limpias.

Pasamos 3 noches en el hostal con bastante miedo tras leer las reseñas y afortunadamente en nuestro caso no fue tan malo. No hubo chinches ni cucarachas, pero si que el servicio no fue bueno puesto que no hablaban nada más que alemán y no se querían hacer entender. La habitación bastante amplia con mesas y taquillas individuales. La zona no es la mejor y se oían sirenas de policía todo el rato. Tiene bastantes supermercados cerca. Los baños y zonas comunes podrían estar más limpias.

!! BED BUGS IN THE GIRL DORM !! !! COCKROACHES IN THE KITCHEN !! The gentleman who "welcomed" us was not nice neither helpfull. He just said hi, gave us the key and towels, and left us alone. During the night we discovered bed bugs on the walls, in the towels and in every beds. A cockroach also "visited" our room (they live in the kitchen). We stood up and spent the rest of the night in the kitchen waiting for the nearest laundry to open at 6 o'clock. We had to book another place to sleep the following nights (we had first booked 3 nights). Check comments on Google Maps and Booking, a lot mention bed bugs, cockroaches but also a lack of safeness and disturbing behaviours from membres of the staff. Never go there, even if you want to spare money, this creepy and filthy place is a nightmare.

Aunque se ve limpio está super mal, la primera noche me picó algo y cuando platiqué con alguien que vive ahí me dijo que está infestado de chinches Que los propietarios saben, pero solo cambian las sábanas para no tener que pagar la fumigación
