+ Nothing. Did not match the pictures at all.
- Smelled musty, couldn’t sleep because the walls are paper thin. Staff was rude. It was so dirty and gross we checked out after night 1 of our 4 night stay and found somewhere else even though they refused to refund us. Not worth training our trip by staying in a disgusting hotel that is a health hazard🤢
+ Location was good. Room met our expectations
- After leaving the hotel, they sent us an email via booking.com. They requested our credit card details to charge us for taking one bathrobe from the room. There had been one bathrobe in a bag in the room since the first day. Since this is not a spa hotel, we never felt the need to use a bathrobe after showering; a towel was sufficient for us. For this reason, we did not call the reception to request an extra bathrobe. However, after leaving the hotel, they asked to charge us for the bathrobe. If you stay at this hotel, when you enter the room, count how many towels, bathrobes, lamps, light bulbs, chairs, and curtains there are, and report it to the reception. Similarly, when you check out, don't just leave; ask for a housekeeper and hand over the room with their approval. Otherwise, they will charge you for any missing items.

- I forgot to pay the city tax and they send my a message that my name will be provided tot he local authorities. I got so upset that they treated me like I was a criminal . Italians are very rude

- Had to climb 40 steep stairs to reach the room. This was nowhere mentioned in the description. If this was case, we would have opted for some other place. When asked, they asked to write a review and here it is.

- Changement d'endroit de la chambre, isolée dans un bâtiment adjacent à l'hôtel, sans ascenseur et au 3ieme étage.pas de drap sous la couette et impossible d'en avoir malgré notre demande. Poils dans le lit ... pas du tout hygiénique. Salle pour petits déjeuners veille et peu confortable. Personnel pas à l'écoute. On ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel.
+ Nada se nota que están pagando en Tri advaisor oara mejorar el puntaje o algo. En general te piden en los restaurantes que les den buen puntaje ahí al pagar. Algo muy incómodo

+ Готель - бутік, я б так назвала. Мабуть неокласика :-) Дуже витончений дизайн. Все натуральне,навіть обох в номері із тканини. Ліжко велике,постіль- сатинова,багато рушників, локальне,зручне освітлення. Халати,капці. Є чайник,чай. Персонал - супер. Швидко ,якісно працюють, завжди в гарному настрої,завжди на місці. Респект.

+ Локация очень хорошая, прям возле площади Марко.
+ Gostamos de tudo! Ficamos em uma acomodação tripla. O espaço e conforto da acomodação nos surpreenderam positivamente, inclusive o banheiro completo e a qualidade das amenidades. A localização é perfeita, muito próxima à Piazza São Marcos. O café da manhã é excelente, com várias opções. E a simpatia, presteza, competência e facilidade de comunicação dos funcionários da recepção uma marca e característica imbatíveis. Com certeza voltaria a escolher o Montecarlo em outra oportunidade!
