+ The location of the property was fantastic, very close to the train station, and easily walkable to any part of the city.
- There was mold in the room, on the ceiling of the bathroom due to there being no ventilation in there. I know this property is an old building, and things like this may be expected, but I would have left if I was not only staying for 1 night. Mold is very very bad for you, and I have many friends and family whose health have been personally affected by it.

- We were provided with a room on the ground floor. When we entered it, we were horrified. The room is dark, the window overlooks the backyard with a view of the air conditioners. Unpleasant smell, dirty walls (lots of spots from dead mosquitoes, loose plaster from the bottom of the wall). We asked to change the number, and in response we heard that there were no other available rooms. Breakfast was meager, mostly consisting of sweet pastries, and the waiter in the restaurant was unfriendly. The price of the hotel does not correspond to the level of services provided.

- Definitely no value for money, lots os mosquitos in the room, old installation, really poor breakfast, the building needs a proper renovation, the price definitely is not aligned with the facilities.

- When the receptionist realized we were staying for just one night, she assigned us a room in a corridor on the ground floor near the lobby. When we asked to change it, she said, "Since you're only staying one day, I can't change the room. If you want to stay longer and pay more, I can." The room was very noisy; I woke up at 4:30 a.m. because of the noise from other guests. It was a terrible experience. The room was also dark and felt like a prison, with a small window that opened to the restaurant, which we couldn't open due to the noise. Additionally, the air conditioner didn't work. The room was nothing like the pictures I had seen.

- There was no air conditioning in the hotel and it was very hot and uncomfortable
- Abbiamo pernottato due notti (pagamento anticipato) e abbiamo trovato il bagno guasto: la tubazione del rubinetto perdeva già la prima notte. A seguito di segnalazione ci hanno detto che avrebbero sistemato, ma la seconda sera, al nostro rientro alle 22, ci hanno informato che era stato smontato addirittura il tubo e nn si poteva più usare. Si scusavano per il disservizio e promettevano un rimborso. A quell'ora era improbabile cambiare hotel! La mattina seguente al check out, ci chiedevano anche la tassa di soggiorno e riferivano che nn ci era dovuto alcun rimborso perché avevamo avuto un non richiesto upgrade per la stanza con vista (probabilmente offertaci perchè inidonea all'uso per via del guasto ai servizi igienici). Abbiamo dovuto usare il bidet e la doccia per lavarci i denti, le mani o fare la barba! La direzione di questo hotel manca assolutamente di correttezza. I disservizi possono capitare ma la malafede, la cupidigia e la mancanza di professionalità nn sono scusabili! Sconsigliatissimo.

- Sabían que en mi habitación no funcionaba el aire. Me hicieron esperar horas para ver si andaba o no. Nadie sabe solucionar nada. Finalmente dormimos con un calor insoportable con la ventana abierta con mosquitos y no dormimos en toda la noche. El gerente sin resolución ante un inconveniente.

+ Lokalita kousek od vlakového nádraží a od rušné piazza Roma a přesto klid a pohoda. Milý personál, pokoje příjemné a velmi tiché!! Snídaně výborná, slušný výběr a rychle obsluha doplňuje.
- Nestabilní a pomalá wifi, špatný příjem TV. Sice to není nijak zásadní, ale v dnešní době by totp již mel být běžný standard.

+ Ein wunderschönes Hotel, nur wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Santa Lucia entfernt. Direkt am Canale Grande. Sehr schönes, sauberes warmes und toll ausgestattetes Zimmer. Sehr gutes Frühstück!. Wir durften unser Gepäck nach dem check out noch bis Abend im Hotel lassen. KOSTENLOS! Sehr freundliche und aufmerksames Personal. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Mal.

+ Hotel muy bonito y agradable. Está en una zona estupenda, luminosa y muy segura. Su ubicación me parece particularmente recomendable, porque está a cinco minutos andando tanto de la estación de tren como de la de autobuses. A diferencia de otras ciudades, en que los aledaños de la estación de tren a veces transmiten cierta sensación de inseguridad, en Venecia toda esta zona es estupenda.

+ I found the staff to be most unhelpful and the hotel was musty and not good value for money. Breakfast service was not good and staff were very unfriendly
